Lots of space to park the car. The guy at the reception was very nice.

Located closely to the C metro line and the yellow tram line, it’s simple to get to any part of Rome via Public transportation (up to an hour for the coliseum).
The nearby restaurant owner either doesn’t want to speak to English speakers or doesn’t like kids. We didn’t eat there. This is not a stay out past 8pm kind of area unless you have a car.

Pleasant
The room was big and clean, staff were nice, and there were some cats living on the property which we liked.
The location was not good if you are planning to travel by public transportation. The busses and trams in Rome are very unreliable and at this location that is what you would be using. Bed as also kind of hard.

Needs shelf bathroom and another in shower. TV needs to be hung on wall to free much needed table. Owner needs to complain with council to clean piled up rubbish skips and street leading to house. Simone was very helpful even held our luggage in his store after we checked out.

We like the fact that it was very quiet.
The place was very far away from the center of Rome. The closest metro station was 15 min walking or one kilómeter and half. The other thing was that since it was far there were not restaurants /groceries that you can count on. Another thing the office hours were from 8:00 to 8:00pm. Which it made a little difficult our check in, however Vizencio made it work for us after arriving around 9:00pm.

For the price this property is AMAZING. In a seemingly safe neighborhood away from the tourist areas but with quick access to everything you want to see via the metro. Rome can be an extremely crowded place and if you like to get away from the crowds this is a great spot to go!

The property was very nice. The room - especially the bathroom - was updated and large. The manager was very helpful and kind.
There isn’t a restaurant or coffee available (there was a machine but we didn’t have the correct coins). Once we were in the gated property it was a clean, quiet oasis. However, we didn’t realize how far out of the city walls that it was in. It was difficult to get a taxi and wouldn’t recommend walking from the Metro to the property alone. If you have a car, it would have been great. It was very economical.

I had a lovely big room, the shower was great. It has a country vibe even though it is in the city, it was nice to hear the birds singing in the morning.
Vicenzo was very friendly on my arrival and explained transport options to me.
It was a little far out from the many city but there are many ways to get there which all take about 40 minutes. Having said that it is great if you like mixing with the locals.

Small but nice and clean room with a big wardrobe, fridge, TV, and AC. The owner seems to be friendly and the restaurant by the guesthouse is awesome.
Location - the whole area looks a bit sketchy. Not a pedestrian friendly environment, that's for sure. Wifi in my room didn't work so I ended up paying for my phone roaming to be able to work. I just didn't want to work from the reception area for 5 hours straight.

The location was great, only 15 min away from the metro station. The room was clean, no disturbing from the outside, great view with the balcony only for us ! The host was really nice, and helpful. :)

Vicenzio is a great host, has a good energy and it is extremely helpful! Also the area is very quiet, close to the public transportation, but there is no city noise. The bathroom has windows and it's quite large. We had a fridge in the room and there is also a terrace outside, a small playground for those with children, an automatic machine for drinks and water.
The photos showed on booking present very large rooms, a dining area/restaurant area for taking breakfast and unfortunately they don't serve breakfast since covid, and the room was tiny but comfortable, enough for 2 people. That was a bit disappointing with the breakfast, but we understood. Maybe they should remove those pictures so it's not misleading.
