The property is located in Trastevere which is an amazing location. Its full of locals and it was such a good experience.You are right in the heart of all of the restaurants and bars. A very lively and happening area and reasonable walking distance to all landmarks. It was clean with plenty of room for storage. Fabio was amazing and there to assist in any way possible.

Fabio was an amazingly helpful and friendly host! Due to a miscommunication, Fabio ended up waiting for us at the airport for nearly an hour, but still cheerfully picked us up and even held our luggage so we could explore the neighborhood before check-in. He was quick to respond to any concerns and give recommendations on what to do and where to eat. The location in Trastevere is also ideal, as nearly everything is at most a walk of about 30 minutes, including the Vatican and the Colosseum, and you're spoiled for choice when you come home for dinner every night. If you want to stay at a place where you're treated like an old friend, I can't recommend this apartment enough!
The sofa bed was on the soft side, but this was just a very minor annoyance compared to all the pros!

This listing had over 100 photos but my actual apartment was pictured in the last 5. It was an older and darker unit on the ground floor which was somewhat misleading.

Location perfect. The host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was comfortable and had the feel of authentic Rome. We loved how easy it was to walk to all the attractions and restaurants.

This two bedroom apartment is perfectly situated in Rome. Its easy to get to all the main areas to visit. Fabio was an easy host to communicate with.
As much of Rome, its a bit of an older unit but everything was functional!

Great location, very central with all major sites within walking distance. Lots of shops and restaurants / cafes in a few minutes walk, and a nice park just outside the door. Accommodation was quiet and comfortable.

Location is good, windows are isolating noise quite well, but its still noisy because windows are facing very busy street with bars.
Not a good place for families. Very shabby, needs renovation. Looks untidy as well. No soap in the bathroom, or detergent in the kitchen. Bed clothes looked not very clean.
