Great location with short distance to all the main attractions! We have a huge buggy so the property being just few steps above the ground level made it easy. Host Fabio is very nice and helpful! Would definitely come back again!
The image online didn’t exactly match the place but it’s comfy and big enough for the whole family of 5!

Plenty of space, clean, fast wifi, and the location was great! Within 20 minute walk to most of the major monuments. Several restaurants literally right at your doorstop. We recommend going to Mammos for breakfast! You can't go wrong with any of them. Our host was very friendly and was available nearly 24/7 with any question.
Although the room was spacious, none of the beds were comfortable. If you have back or neck problems, just be sure to bring additional support. The noise from the outside also can be very loud at night, and it extends to 2-3am in the morning. Luckily I brought some ear plugs so that really helped. Since we are located on top of a restaurant/bar, the smoke from people can sometimes seep into the room through the stairway. One night it was uncomfortable, and you can't open the window or else you'll get more smoke or noise. Hot water is limited, so just be sure to take quick showers!

Goog location within walking distance from major attraction. Fabio was an excellent responsive host and made our overal experience enjoyable. The apartment was comfortable and met our needs. It is fully air conditioned which was a huge plus in above 30C heat.

Great location, everything in walking distance. Large apartment enough space for a Family with 2 kids. Fabio was extremely helpful and also made a transfer for us from and to the airport.
The double bed was not in a good condition but still it was ok for our stay.

Close to everything that we needed and the host is just wonderful and very helpful.
Wish we had a sitting room to gather in the evening but nonetheless we enjoyed our stay very much. The master bedroom bed could be a little bit bigger but we made it work.

As a family of 5 with a small 1-year-old child, we are very happy with our stay in Fabio's apartment.
Landlord was very helpful and took care of us – we are very thankful for that. Thanks to Fabio, we got to the apartment smoothly, his friend picked us up from the airport CIAmpino, and we paid a standard price. He also helped us with the keys. We found the apartment clean and fresh to move in. The location is fantastic – you could say right in Ancient Rome. We did all our sightseeing on foot and managed to visit all the places we had planned. Our flight was early in the morning, and once again Fabio’s friend was punctual in taking us to the airport. I am very grateful to Fabio for his help and great place. We’ll definitely remember him next time.

The accommodation is located in the center of the lively Trastevere. We walked everywhere, we visited all attractions on foot. Restaurants, shops a few steps away, we couldn't have found a better place for our stay.
The sofas could have been more comfortable. Otherwise we were very happy with this apartment.

Location can't be beat. In 8-12 minutes walk you can be in Trastevere, Pantheon, Campo del Fiore. Insanely convenient to everything we wanted to see. For our family of four (two teenagers) the setup with two bedrooms was perfect. Nice to have the kitchen as well for storing drinks.
Fabio was an excellent host. He arranged our pickup and drop off from the airport and everything was seamless. I spent a lot of time researching where to stay and I'm so happy with our choice!
The shower was fine, just very small.

Great location in short walking distance from all the main attractions as Campo do Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Jewish Ghetto, Piazza Venice, Trastevere etc.
The place is spacious and clean with all the required facilities.
Fabio was extremely kind with great sense of understanding of hospitality. He assisted with keeping our luggage after check out time and was super responsive to all request. We will come back for sure.

The host was the best part of the experience. Fabio is Mr. Fabulous. He was very responsive and went out of his way to help. For e.g. when we found out there was no washing machine he did the laundry for us the same day. This is just one of the examples. Fabio is also very punctual. If you need airport transfers I recommend him without hesitation.
The apartment itself was spacious and had separate areas for the kitchen, luggage storage and sleeping quarters.
Location is good. Lots of good restaurants nearby. But it can get a bit noisy until 1 AM as there is a bar right under the window. You are usually quite tired by the end of the day so sleep was generally not a problem.
The bed could have been more comfortable. It had a long rut running the width.
The bathroom was quite dysfunctional. No stands and hooks. Only one person could take a hot water shower and we would need to wait a minimum of 30 to 40 minutes for the water to heat up again.
You can't help but notice these when you are staying for 5 nights.

Great location, easy to get to main attractions either walking or by public transportation (bus). Lots of food options around, a short walk to lovely Trastevere. Fabio is quick to respond to messages and provided good suggestions too. The apartment is quite spacious and fully equipped. Beds are comfortable and it's a quiet area.
Nothing, maybe just needs a new shower head as this one is not spraying equally
