The property is located next to Fontana Di Trevi. The apartment was very nice, clean and neat. The staff was mega friendly:) Without any problems we were able to check in on the first day at 10.00 o clock in the morning. The beds were very comfortable, what is quite important - in Rome you do a lot of walking, so a good night sleep is crucial :) Breakfast on the roof terrace was also very nice, quite a variety of food and beverages to choose from.

The location is excellent. This is the best place if you want to stay in the heart of Rome. The apartment is very big, very comfortable and very clean. The breakfast is perfect. The staff are very kind and helpful. I would like yo give my special thanks to Mariel who was very helpful and kind. I will definitely stay again at Casa Modelli when I go Rome.

The breakfast was served on a terrace with a lovely view over Rome. The breakfast was tasty and various and we were asked if we need anything else. The localisation of Casa modelli is perfect - just next to Fontanna di Trevi, walking distance from many well-known places in Rome. The stuff of Casa modelli was super helpful. We appreciete the help with our luggage on the last day, as well as the nice service during breakfast and cleaning the room. We liked the apartment with 2 bedrooms - very convenient for the family with 2 children. We will come back for sure!
We liked most of the things about Casa modelli. The only thing that I can mentioned as an issue was the fact that the apartment on the 4th floor (which we occupied) was located just below the terrace and we could hear the service of the breakfast every morning.

The staff was so nice and above and beyond accommodating. They had amazing breakfast on the patio every morning.The rooms are really nice and spacious. The location was perfect just a few 100 feet from the Trevi Fountain. We would definitely stay here again. We didnt want to leave!

Location was excellent, really close to everything and right next to Trevi Fountain. Mariel was amazing and couldn't do enough to help which made the stay amazing. Breakfast was great and the rooftop terrace is perfect to watch the sunset.

Mary was an exceptional host. She even took off her earing to help us switch sim cards, The property location was perfect. About one block from the Trevi Fountain. The apartment was very clean, and we really liked the wood ceiling. Given its central location it was very quiet. We watched two sunsets from the terrace, absolutely beautiful. It got warm the last couple days AC worked well. Breakfast on the terrace was outstanding. The elevator was a huge plus. Finally, Mary arranged transportation to the airport. Without any reservation, I recommend Casa Modelli!

The location, cleanliness, space in the apt, view from the 4th floor terrace are all reasons alone for a stellar review. But the thing that really stands out during our stay here was Mariel and the rest of the staff- they were fabulous! Communication before arrival, delicious breakfasts, sightseeing advice, arranging transport to the airport were just some of the examples of this. Wished we could have stayed longer than we did!

Great accommodation in a fantastic location. Lovely breakfast. Mariel was fantastic, always smiling and helpful.
Literally the only thing that you could do to improve the accommodation is look into the 'stale water' smell that is in the 2nd bedroom and 2 en-suites. it is quite strong, particularly for people sleeping in 2nd bedroom. Didn't affect us as there was only two of us and we used bedroom 1.

Very clean rooms with modern and new furnitures.Large rooms,easy access by lift,very nice roof with nice lights,you can sit 24hour,cafe&tea are free.Maria and her friends are very helpfull for everything and about the city.Very good breakfast also.Perfect lovely place to stay just 10 steps to Trevi Fountain,at the center of the city. We will stay here again in the future.
