We loved Casa Martini! The location is fantastic, right around the corner from cafes and restaurants, and just a block a way from a pedestrian shopping area, and the best - less than a block away from the metro! The room was clean and bright with big windows, and we had plenty of space. Both beds in the room were comfortable and the shower had very nice water pressure. The breakfast on the roof is really delightful! We were offered croissant, eggs cooked to order, cold meats and cheese plate, fruit, juices, coffee and yogurt! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we can't wait to stay with you again!

Our stay was wonderful. The location is great with a metro stop close by. Spacious rooms and very clean. Breakfast was phenomenal and the staff so helpful and pleasant. It was also very quiet in the evenings.
Definitely did not hinder our stay at all but the water pressure is alittle low in the top floors.

The location and staff are great. Gianluca and the entire team are amazing hosts. Gianluca gave us a lot of tips for how to go around, transportation and parking options. The 8 hours parking card was very helpful since we have a rental car to meet more places around. Kudos to the team!
The only one thing is that beds (mattress) are a little bit old and not very comfortable.

The location is phenomenal, most of the attractions is within 30 min walk which is absolutely perfect.
The breakfast is also very good, the eggs are freshly made for you and the atmosphere is perfect as it is at the terrace of the building.
The room was clean, and everything inside is very well maintained.
Big screen smart tv inside was a big plus, especially for the kids.
The staff were really nice, helpful and we found all the recommendations for visits, walks and restaurants printed out for us in the apartment.
Great value for money.

Breakfast was great! We've been traveling with a celiac and needed gluten free food which turned out not to be an issue for the staff. We also quickly discovered that there are a lot of great gluten free places around the hotel and were able to buy food and eat out. Breakfast was super tasty with fresh tasty eggs prepared to each of our likings and a selection of jogurt, bread, cakes, fruit as well as freshly brewed coffee and juices from the box. Loved the fact that the breakfasts are served on the rooftop terrace with a splendid view.
The location is great, very close to subway and walking distance from Vatican. Definitely a place worth recommending and one we will choose next time we travel to Rome.

The room is spacious, clean, quiet and has everything that one needs. The AC works flawlessly and is quiet. The bathroom is in great condition and clean. The room has a high ceiling and is great condition. The bed is comfortable and the pillows as well. The location is great, even though you are in a touristy area, the room is quiet and you don't hear any noise. Gianluca, the owner, offered me a bag of pasta as a gift at check-out which was a nice gesture. I highly recommend staying at Casa Martini

Me and my 2 children stayed for 3 nights last weekend. We absolutely loved it.
Gianluca and his staff made the stay even more exceptional. They couldn’t do enough for us.
I will be recommending this place to anyone who travels to Rome.
Breakfast was tremendous.
I could not fault this place one bit.

The hotel is located right at the metro stop for the Vatican. To reach the Vatican on foot, you walk through a lovely shopping street. The area around the hotel is safe and pleasant. The city center can also be reached easily either with a longer walk or by metro.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there is an elevator in the building. We did not encounter any problems during our stay.
The management is wonderful, and the breakfast is good. Gianluca is an amazing host. He prepares a few nice routes on the map; even though it was not my first time in Rome, it was very helpful.
Everyone is very friendly and positive. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend it.

Excellent location, about 10 minutes to St.Peter’s Square and close to the Metro line.
Room was clean and comfortable.
Gianluca is an excellent host, so welcoming when we arrived and basically planned our two days in Rome, providing a map with detailed instructions for a very good walking route taking in all the sights.
He also recommended several restaurants - we went to two of them and actually returned on a second night to one of them because it was a real local Italian restaurant with delicious food at a great price.
Breakfast was very good with friendly efficient staff.
Television didn’t work but that wasn’t an issue for us and Gianluca attended to it straight away when we told him.

Very nice place! Clean, good location close to the metro and close to the Vatican. Very good breakfast too, in a beautiful roof terrace greenhouse. Gianluca was super helpful. Fully recommend!

Good location, nice and helpful stuff
The bathroom in our room would have needed some renovation but everything was clean. Somehow italian places don’t use duvet just blanket and sheet, in the wintertime it is not ideal.
