Wonderful
The owner was extremely warm, welcoming and an excellent guide in recommendations for places to eat. I really like the rooftop access. I even went up there to practice yoga and read a book. Its an absolutely lovely place to stay away from home!
We had a few minor issues with the toilet flushing but was very minimal.

Very clean and cosy. Excellent atmosphere. Family friendly.Location was great. Wonderful staff. Breakfast in the terrace was superb. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. Top!!!!

Gianluca Outstanding host and a gentleman. Absolutely remarkable and always available and polite. Espacious room, rooftop breakfast was a plus.

The location is not too noisy though only 5mins from the Vatican city. I loved the hosts, especially Gianluca who was available to help me always. Also the breakfast, especially the eggs are just perfect. Thanks for everything! :)

Wow. What a great place to stay in Rome. I wish we could have spent more time. The staff was fabulous the room was spotless and cozy!

Casa Martini is a home away from home.
We felt very safe and very well taken cared of.
Facilities and Service are fantastic!
Breakfast is amazing.
We love how it's walking distance to Vatican, metro and bus stop.
The good for 4 people bedroom was spacious compared to the hotel we have stayed in London.
I would stay in Casa Martini again when I go back to Rome.
I wish I could stay longer.
Laundry service would be very helpful.

Gianluca and his staff are superb hosts. They are definitely committed to quality customer service. The morning made-to-order breakfasts on the roof top was the icing on the cake!
Parking in the area is very challenging. The only viable option is at least a 10 minute walk. It's not accurate to think of this place having "on site" parking.

Perfect service from the owner, perfect location, super close to the Vatican and metro station, and clear instructions for later check-in, the owner helped to book a taxi to the airport, so we were just in time!

A wonderful little place to stay for a short break in Rome. Gianluca, the owner, is amazing and incredibly helpful. Great location near The Vatican and a Metro stop. Comfortable beds and AC much appreciated!
Only criticism is that the hot tub I think is a mistranslation for a bath!
