The location is great, and everything was excellent. The staff truly made our stay special they were incredibly polite, helpful, and always smiling.
The breakfast was wonderful, and the positive energy from the staff, along with the Italian touch, gave us the perfect start to each day and set the mood for an amazing journey in Rome.
I will highly recommend this hotel to all my friends, and I will definitely come back on my next trip to Rome.
The only small downside was the elevator being a bit small and old, but taking the stairs helped us burn off some of the calories from all the amazing food in Rome ?

Our stay at Casa Martini in Rome was truly exceptional. Perfectly situated in the Vatican City neighborhood, the hotel is housed in a well-maintained, quiet building that provided a peaceful retreat while remaining an easy, pleasant walk from all the major attractions.
What truly set this experience apart was the owner, Gianluca. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel more like guests in his home than typical hotel travelers. He was incredibly attentive and prompt, providing expert directions and thoughtful suggestions for touring the city’s historic sites.
A highlight of each day was the fresh, sumptuous breakfast served on the rooftop. Gianluca was always there in the early morning, ensuring every meal was fixed to order and perfectly prepared. His constant availability and genuine hospitality transformed our trip. This was a five-star experience in economic surroundings, and we will definitely return to Casa Martini on any future visit to Rome.

This hotel was absolutely ideal for our stay. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from everything we wanted to see and do, yet tucked away enough to be peaceful and quiet at night. It was the perfect balance of being close to the action without any of the noise.
The breakfast each morning was excellent, with a great variety of fresh, high-quality options that made it easy to start the day off right. Whether you prefer something light or a full meal, there was plenty to choose from and everything was well prepared.
The service truly stood out. The staff was warm, attentive, and always willing to help, whether it was with recommendations, directions, or special requests. You really feel taken care of from the moment you arrive.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well designed, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a busy day. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, making the stay feel both comfortable and upscale.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great location, outstanding service, and a comfortable, quiet place to stay.

The location was excellent, very close to the Vatican and in a quiet, safe area. The staff, especially Gianlucca, were extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast every morning was fantastic with great cappuccino, fresh fruit, bread, and eggs made to order (fried, omelette, or scrambled) with bacon. The room was beautiful, very clean, had strong AC, and a small safe. The thoughtful farewell gift of Italian pasta and recipes was a wonderful personal touch.

Everything was perfect!
The host was incredibly kind and very, very helpful. He assisted us with the room and gave great recommendations on where to go and where to eat, which made our trip joyful and much easier.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, it truly felt like staying at a friend’s house. The place was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent.
The location is amazing, within walking distance of the Vatican and just one minute from the metro.
We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

I chose Casa Martini because of its vicinity to the Vatican and the excellent reviews on booking. I was pleasantly surprised to discover they provided every room with a table and chairs to get breakfast or eat something. They supplied closets, drawers, a sofa bed, a large comfy bed, and a smart large screen connected to the net that I could log into my Netflix. The en suite bathroom and the furniture, decoration and cleanliness were nothing short of a luxurious, feel at home, 5 star hotel. They seamlessly clean your room when you are out and everything remains in place. The breakfast is tasty, warm and welcoming. The owner and the staff are very welcoming, pleasant, helpful and professional. He himself takes time to explain city maps and suggest routes. The location is miraculous surrounded by nice local restaurants and gift shops and 5 minutes walk whether to the Vatican and the basilica or to castle saint Angelo and the river. The metro is 5 minutes away and so are bus stops. Mr. Gianluca was so considerate to get us a farewell present (Italian pasta with recipes) to take back home. I highly recommend Casa Martini and will certainly be back to it for future vacations.

It was an incredible experience. I can't describe it here, but if you're going, my only advice is to arrive at the hotel at night. You'll understand what I mean when you get there. Our arrival at night wasn't our choice; it was pure luck. Both the hotel owner Gianluca and the staff are incredibly warm and friendly, always ready to help. We're definitely considering a Roma holiday again and will definitely stay here again. We 100% recommend it; it's not something to describe, it's something to experience.

Casa Martini is located on the 4th floor of a residential building in the Prati neighborhood—a beautiful, quiet, and very safe area near the Vatican. The building has an elevator, and two apartments on the floor have been thoughtfully converted into private guest rooms, each with its own bathroom and access to a shared kitchen.
We stayed in the “Summer” room, which had a double bed and a twin bed, a large armoire with plenty of storage, a Nespresso machine, a small table, dresser, and TV. The bathroom was modern and well equipped with shampoo, shower gel, soap, a hairdryer, and slippers.
Breakfast, hosted by Gianluca in a bright, glass-enclosed section of the rooftop, was a highlight. If you enjoy eggs in the morning, you’re in luck—they’ll make them any way you like, along with bacon, coffee, juice, fruit, yogurt, toast, and fresh cornetti.
Gianluca was a wonderful host—very kind, responsive on WhatsApp, and even allowed us to check in early. He went above and beyond, including giving us a small gift when we checked out.
We highly recommend Casa Martini for anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and well-located stay in Rome!
Honestly nothing...if I had to be picky though I would have preferred a more Italian vibe as far as the decor in the room.
