Amazing, people were so nice with me, We could communicate easy and everthing was better than expected. In the first floor you can grab coffe, beer, and some food for very very veryyy reasonable prices. Arriving can be difficult, but there moving to other places is easy, there are 2 bus stations close and in 10 minutes you are in the metro.
For people who find it hard to sleeps or wakes up really fast be aware, there is a big avenue close by with a lot of trucks passing by at night. For me was OK but could be trouble some for someone so I advice you to get some noise cancelling pods.

Well it's a good average accomodation
First the corridor is full of the smell with cigarettes. So if you are a smoking or non smoking you do not have choice and to breath all and everywhere. The location is on the road which is busy with traffic. The owner has still to provide me with the bill for the stay and I hope booking.com will make sure as I requested them to follow up and get the bill.
