Elisabetta was an amazing host for my wife and I honeymoon trip. Breakfast was great each morning, and Elisabetta was extremely helpful helping us navigate our first time in Rome. Area is in a neighborhood location and is away from the busy city center. Easy to take tram or bus where ever you need to go

The apartment lies in a calm and quite neighborhood within walking distance to the public transport. It has all the necessary facilities and the breakfast is superb and has a personal touch (delicious homemade cake). Elisabetta is probably the best host we have ever met, communication was splendid and she took all the time to explain the city and the in’s and out’s. Don’t hesitate to book this apartment if you want to have a delightful stay and enjoy Rome!

Elisabetta, the Innkeeper/Owner spent many emails with me prior to my arrival to secure transportation, and excursion tickets, directions, advice, and anything we asked to make sure our arrival was what we expected. She went over and above the normal Hotel Concierge or Associate at the Front Desk.
She met us at the door, booked our Private Cars, and assisted us with all of our daily needs, including a very nice, upgraded breakfast with homemade breads and cakes.
She is a true GEM in the hospitality industry.

Everything was great - Elisabetta is a great hostess who really cares about every little detail and helps you organize your trip, transport, sightseeing, etc. She is one of the nicest people you can meet, trust me! She knows the city very well and shares tips about it. The area was safe and only +/- 20 minutes from the city center (main attractions). Our room was clean. There is nothing I could complain about.

Everything was right on point; calm, residential area, room, breakfast, Eli! She was so helpful and available at all times, and always made sure everything is as by our preferences. She also made some homemade cakes, along with the breakfast, which were 10/10. Great stay, will come back for sure.

Elisabetta was very good at communicating before we arrived and met us to show us how to get into the bnb. She sat with us and explained all the public transport that we could use and made it very easy for us to see all the sights in Rome. The room was very clean and modern and breakfast was very good. Definitely recommend staying here if you are happy to take public transport.

Our stay at the B&B was wonderful. The room meets all the requirements, it is elegant and well maintained. Ms. Elisabetta is there to help in any way she can, such as help with explaining Rome schedules, ticket sales and sightseeing tips. She also prepares delicious breakfasts with hand-baked pastries. Overall, this is a excellent place to spend time in Rome.

We loved everything. The property is immaculately kept. It is located in an area that lets you live among regular, non-tourist Italians and it is close to easy transportation to the city center.
The hostess, Elisabetta, is the best there is with very clear guidance and amazing breakfast that includes her own freshly baked treats. We had an unexpected medical issue arise while we were there and Elisabetta was at the ready to help with translation, guidance, and true support for me and my son. We consider Elisabetta family now and we hope to return to Rome and Casa
Eli Roma someday soon.

What an exceptional stay in Eli’s house we had. She is such a perfect host who prepares you delicious homemade cake daily and even prepare you sandwiches to go if you are not able to make it in breakfast time. You can enjoy spotlessly cleaned rooms and get rest in peace because Eli’s house is a super quiet place. B&B is in a perfect location according to us, because it is out of chaotic and noisy center, safe and quiet, surrounded by nice cafes, gelateries and restaurants which locals enjoy but not many tourists. But yet you are only 20 min away all the touristic attractions you can easily reach by tram. Thanks Eli , see you in our next trip.

We were very lucky to find this B&B through booking. The owner is a very kind and elegant woman. She gave us a lot of help and made us feel safe and secure in Rome. The breakfast is very rich and the homemade cakes made by the host are very delicious. I will still choose this place next time I have a chance to go to Rome if he has a room available.

Due to last minute decision we have decided to book B&B and not hotel due to very high price point. Both my friend and I were positively surprised about location, facilities and outstanding service that was given by property owner. We have never experienced that high level of care and dedication in this particular sector. We are looking to come back to the same place hopefully next year.

Our hostess was amazing, Elisabetta sat down with us upon arrival guided us through navigating this busy city. We discussed transportation options, travel times to the events we had booked and places to see. She is very ‘hands on’ in ensuring that her guests are comfortable.
We also enjoyed the restaurant recommendations that got us away from the tourist areas and gave us the absolute best meal we had in Italy.
Breakfast is sumptuous with cake options!! I will miss the laughter my husband and I shared with Elisabetta and the other guests. I feel like we came as strangers but left friends.
