the room cleaned every day, delicious homemade cake for breakfast - every day, very nice host with useful advice, nice neighborhood, clean bathroom, free wifi (I watched Netflix on it, so the bandwith is good))...need more?

I had a wonderful stay at this B&B apartment! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and cozy atmosphere. The host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making me feel right at home.Eli, the host provided great local recommendations, which added to the overall experience.
I also appreciated the excellent communication with her throughout my stay. She was always available to answer questions and offer assistance, which made me feel well taken care of.
Overall, I can't recommend this B&B apartment enough. It's a fantastic place to stay, and I'll definitely be returning on my next trip to the area. Thank you for a memorable and comfortable stay!

I can just recommend this lovely apartment! The flat is really clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very nice. The location is really easy to access. from the airport and also afterward to the center. Above all, we were really lucky to get to know the lovely owner.

The location of this B and B is perfect its in a very quiet area and only a short travel to Rome city. There was a variety of choices for breakfast and the host Elisabetta went above and beyond to ensure we still had breakfast even if it wasnt in the times she served. The room was spotless and nothing was too much for Elisabetta. When we arrived she kindly gave us lots of useful information about travel and the city which was a great help.

We stayed at Casa Eli Roma at the tail end of a 3 1/2 week, four country, European vacation, so we have many other locations to compare with this booking. Both Elisabetta, the proprietor, and Casa are a 10" in our book. Elisabetta went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and to assist us with whatever we needed, whether it was arranging transportation to the airport, providing suggestions for places to eat and shop, or packing us lunch and breakfast for an early departure from the B & B, AND our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Lastly, we feel like we now have a new friend in Rome.

Our Host Elisabetta paid particular attention to our comfort, it was higly appreciated. She was like a mum with us. Every morning, she was present to discuss with us and helped us by giving some precious tips to visit and discover Roma ! Also, her home made cakes were really tasty. The room was clean and tidy. Many thanks
The Breakfast was really good but if we should speak about something that we personnaly less appreciated, we would have appreciated to have fresh bread instead of sandwich bread.

This was possibly one of the best stays I have ever had. I chose this B&B for my honeymoon and I am glad I made the right choice. Elisabetta makes you feel right at home. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. We could not wake up for attending breakfast on time but Elisabetta was always so kind of leaving us a tray every morning to have it whenever we like. She provided a map and guided us on the places to visit and which transportation links to use and made the whole journey easier. Takes 20-25 mins to get to the center and is extremely convenient. Thank you Elisabetta! We will definitely be back again for another stay here!

Amazing B&B! We were treated like guests in the owner's home. Elisabetta provided us with helpful information on easy bus route, tips on what to see/where to eat, and even made reservations at a restaurant for us. She also made arrangements for a taxi in the early morning when we left. Breakfast was outstanding with delicious options, both sweet and savory, including a homemade coffee cake. We enjoyed staying away from the hustle and bustle of the more congested touristy areas, but we weren't far from those areas given the easy bus access a short walk away. It was a quiet and lovely neighborhood. The room was clean, modern and beautifully decorated. We will definitely stay again when we return to Rome.

Elisabetta is an amazing host, always there to help or arrange things for you. Even before arriving! She also got my kid a nice present upon leaving. Nice, clean rooms. Great breakfast. Taking into account our wishes and preferences. The hotel is situated at quite some distance from the center/ main attractions, but easily accessible with the bus (approx. 5-10 min walk to busstation, then 20-30 minutes bus, but i think usually there is a tram). Plus side is that, because the hotel is in a residential area, it is very quiet, and restaurants in the neighborhood are authentic and visited by italians only.
The walls are thin, so if the neighbors or other guests are noisy, this won't go unnoticed. Neighbors are decent people, and become quiet at appropriate (night)times; for other guests this is of course uncertain.

A beautiful stay in the most beautiful city in the world! Elisabetta was incredibly kind and attentive. The B&B was more than we expected. Clean, comfortable and affordable - and the breakfast was amazing - with special baked treats made by Elisabetta herself!!! The accommodation is just out of the city centre and easily accessible by public transport. Staying here was like having a 5* accommodation and the best travel guide all wrapped up into one. We would definitely stay again and recommend the B&B to anyone staying in Rome! Thanks for everything!

Casa Eli is a place you must visit if you want to experience Rome. There are no ancient sculptures and triumphal arches, no museums, but something even better. There is Mrs. Eli, our host, who will do everything to make your stay in Rome a fantastic experience. From communication in excellent English, help with anything you are interested in, organization and reservation of seats in local restaurants (pizza, pasta, we went to Toni's 3 times for ice cream), help with finding parking (it is free in the neighborhood), getting tickets for public transport, instructions on all attractions in Rome. Getting to the center by public transport is quick and easy. The accommodation is fantastic, at the level of a great hotel, the beds are excellent, everything is super clean, the neighborhood is quiet. The breakfast is fantastic with homemade cakes (for which you can get the recipe if you want), excellent espresso, fresh fruit daily and much more. We are delighted with our stay at Eli's place.

Elisabetta was very helpfull and gave us very good advice on restaurants (she even booked them for us), on public transports to go to the historical city and on touristic spots to visit. The B&B is located in a very quiet and safe area. The breakfast is delicious, with home made cakes. We will come back.
