The hosts were so kind and welcoming. The building was absolutely beautiful, the suite was decorated very elegantly with fantastic facilities including a fridge and coffee machine. The bed was so comfortable and we slept very well. The hosts gave fantastic recommendations of places to eat and visit. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Rome and have already recommended it to friends.

Best location; centrally located but without the massive crowds and the noise.
Bonus: the terrace of the top floor room was gorgeous and perfect to have breakfast or a glass of wine.
Very comfortable beds. Bonus: change of towels everyday
Very helpful and pleasant staff!
All was according to expectations!
One thing to keep in mind is that the shower lacks privacy in case that the visitors are not a couple or close friends.

Location was perfect ! The room was perfect the staff well… Perfect !! And the best was Dear Patricia and Ben really made it so memorable for Me. The Mini bar had cereal , milk (2) orange juices, cokes, beer etc. That were all restocked everyday !!!! Room was so clean You could eat off the floor ., swear !! All brand new acomadations and the room was a suit at 424 sq feet ! Nothing it or even close to it had I experienced in all of My European travel. Truely a needle in the haystack.

The staff was excellent. Edward (i hope I got that right) even helped us with a suitcase move which was a couple of blocks. The room was wonderful -- historic and modern all at once. Great location but difficult to find. Sign at the front door would really ehlp.

Great location, great friendly & attentive staff. Immaculate room that the staff tidied up every day.
Could walk to every where we were going except the Ryder Cup & airport. Definitely will stay here again.
Off the beaten path a little bit, but great location central to where we wanted to go.

Nice place, very small hotel, clean, nice service. Well situated, the room has a good size and the price is reasonable for Rome.
No restaurant on site, it would have been nice to have breakfast at the hotel.

My partner became ill and the owners bent over backwards to be accommodating. This place is chic while still feeling like you are in the middle of the city.

We enjoyed being tucked away in a quiet corner of the city while still being close to so much. The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating. Our particular room had a wonderful balcony area, which was a nice spot for morning coffee. It felt like we were actually living in Rome and not just staying at a hotel.
It would have been nice to have a chest of drawers or multiple shelves for our clothes.

The location was fantastic and the staff were so friendly. The room was large, clean and had everything that we needed. The street was quiet and safe but was also a two minute walk from Piazza Navona.
the property didn’t have the amenities you might find at a large hotel chain, but the superior ambience more than made up for it.

The hotel is in a great location, tucked away in an alley adjacent to cute shops and restaurants. The room cleaning daily was excellent, everything was spotless in our room. The building is quiet and our room was cute. They had bikes we could use. The owners were friendly, chatty, helpful.
The stairs are dimly lit in places and hard to navigate with luggage. While not a problem at check-in because they brought our luggage up, I struggled to bring my suitcase down the three flights of winding stairs after the owner told me someone would be there to help (but wasn't). The glass shower is in the room next to the bed instead of inside the bathroom, which is obviously not ideal, both from privacy and temperature standpoints.

Excellent location, good sized room, modern facility despite in a historical building.
Super hosts - Everyone at the hotel always greeted us with a smile. Helpful but not intrusive. Bonus: I left my phone in a taxi, Benjamin and Patrizia were both pulling out all the stops to help me get it back, and with a bit of luck I did.
