Wonderful
Marta and Augusto were very nice. We were with our child, there was a crib and even a gift for him. The place ia very nice and clean. We were moved to another room, which was bigger, but you can hear a lot from the hallway. There are a lot of steps before the lift, however it was fine for us we were prepared. Nice location. There are kitchens. We are happy with our stay there.

We had a wonderful time and experience at Casa Cleo. The host exceeded our expectations with her friendliness, education regarding the area, and flexibility with check-in times.

Marta, the host, was wonderful. Location was less than ten minutes from Roma Termini train station. Hint: if you are coming by train, look for the Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore, the lodging is one block from there.
The Da Vinci Express between FCO airport and the train station, 14 Euros and 35 minutes, was very convenient.
It's an old builing, but the lodging is more than adequate, the bathroom was fully modernized. One has to walk up two floors as the lift does not go down to the ground floor, but given the ideal location, this is a small thing.

This way exceeded our expectations! They went above and beyond to accommodate us. They welcome us with a guided map and explanation of things to do, and Marta gives us 2 waters and milk when we need it. This is the most accommodating place we’ve ever been. They let us leave our luggage for a few hours after check out time. They have everything you need in the room and it’s so cozy. I can’t recommend this place enough, we will stay with them if we (fingers crossed) come back to Rome!
There initially wasn’t a smart tv in our room, but they changed it out (I think they just ordered it) for our room.

Good location. Close to Termini Station and 15-25 walking distance to the most of attractions. Metro station nearby. A lot of good restaurants in the vicinity.
The room is clean (and cleaned every day). A lot of usefull stuff in the common kitchen.
The hosts were receptive to our wish to arrive slitely earlier and very helpful with info.
Everything was good. Maybe you wouldn't want to spend there the whole day, but it's a decent base for Roman adventures and a good value for money.
Ah! Mind that you will have to make some 20 steps before reaching the elevator.

Clean and we were upgraded from a room with external private bathroom to a room with internal bath. That was appreciated.
Although we let the manager/owner? know the approximate time of our arrival, we received multiple panicked calls before the time specified. When we arrived, we were yelled at for not answering the phone calls. However, we didn't receive them until exiting the metro station as no signal underground. After that, the manager calmed down and was pleasant. The wi fi wasn't working when we got there, but that was resolved. The next morning, the hot water wasn't working. The response from the management was quick and we were able to shower to ensure we were able to leave in time to get to the airport.

Two flights of stairs to get to the lift (The lift is on the 1st floor). It may be tough for the old people with a heavy luggage.

The location is very central & close to the Termini station which is a quick 6-7 minutes walk. It's a safe area full of other hotels, mini marts, shops & restaurants. The host Marta was very understanding & welcoming even though I had to check in late and she made sure I had all the information to get around the city.
The only drawback is that from the street entrance there are two flights of stairs before you can get to the elevator to go up to the rooms. If you have heavy luggage like I did, it can be challenging. However, Marta sent her staff to help me with my luggage up the stairs which was greatly helpful!

The location is very good. It is close to train station and popular sites and restaurants. The host is very communicative and helpful. I was given an upgrade to a bigger room.

Great little place close to train station and attractions. Staff were very friendly and offered a lot of recommendations for things in the area. Ac worked well, the beds were comfortable and the place was quiet. They also gave us free cold water bottles

The location is perfect: 10 minutes away from Colosseum and the Termini station. The hosts are super helpful, we saved a lot of time because they gave us a map with explanations of how to navigate around the city

The host was so welcoming and helpful in getting us acclimated to our surroundings and even suggesting places to visit and eat which were very helpful! She made sure we were well settled though we came unexpectedly later than their check in time due to a delayed flight.
Though there is an elevator, you still need to climb about two flights of stairs to get to the elevator. It didn’t bother us but it might bother some people.

Location is perfect few minutes walk from Termini Station, host was really kind and helpful she explain everything to us, we can store our luggages after cgek out. Clean and spacious room.
