Great location, 5 minute walk from the Spanish steps. Pleasant place to spent time in the evenings. The apartment is tastefully furnished with a beatifull bathroom, great shower.

So perfectly centralised in the heart of Rome. Bonus was the Gelataria at the bottom of the apartment which we visited on a daily basis! Around the corner from the Spanish Steps and the beautiful boutique stores. Plenty of restaurants, supermarket close by and a short walk to the majority of Rome's landmarks. The accommodation itself was spotless, very stylishly decorated and spacious enough for our family of four.
The only down side - which we were aware of - were the several flights of stairs! But we'd happily stay here again despite the leg workout but worth noting for those physically challenged or preferring a lift!

A beautiful apartment in the heart of Rome! The only thing that you need to know that is on the 4th flor and there is no elevator for those who travel with a lot of baggage :)

Amazing location! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Excellent WiFi and great air cond.
Only thing was the four flights of stairs but at least we worked off the pasta and pizza!

too many stairs to get to the apartment - no lift. You must be fit to climb those stairs up & down everyday. that is the only disappointment. Debra the host was absolutely fantastic - and really went out of her way for us. Thank you very much Debra.

Location was excellent.. very central to Spanish steps and Trevi fountain.
Bedding and towels all of high quality, tea and coffee, bottled water available.
Very clean and smelt beautiful.
Bed very comfortable, bathroom had lovely toiletries too.
We would definitely stay here again!
The only negative was there was no lift so might not suit older people but in a traditional building like this a lift wouldn’t be possible. The four flights of stairs up helped us work off all the gelato!

Perfect location, spacious apartment, clean & all necessary things are available in the apartment.
Clear and timely communication with the host, very convenient and accommodating process of pick-up
just like in any other old building the staircase - dragging up & down the suitcase was an absolute nightmare.

The space was beautiful, truly an excellent location. Owner was pleasant and helpful, she arranged a driver for us and assisted with any questions we had while in Rome. Lovely experience.
The only thing I would adjust is newer fluffier pillows.

Excellent location and very good size. Beautifully decorated with top quality finishing. We had a lovely welcome.
No elevator made the climb up with suitcases a bit tough. Incentive to pack light next time!

Location was amazing, right off of piazza spagna with multitude of restaurants and shops, but side street so quieter after about midnight
Deborah let us check in early and provided bottled water and coffee, toiletries and washing machine, dishwasher. Was a wonderful stay. Sofa bed most comfortable have seen and elegant!
4th floor was tough for taking suitcases up and down, narrow stairs

A beautiful apartment in prime location in Rome, close to everything and 3 min. walk from Spagna metro.
Very very nice owners! So helpful and kind!.
The apartment was spotless, modern, and cozy with all appliances to make our stay comfortable.
It is on 4th floor in a building with no lift, it was not an issue for my daughter and me, but perhaps for older people..
Still, definitely recommend we had a great stay!!
