Really nice and spacious apartment in central Rome, walking distance from Roma Termini and the Colosseum. Easy walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and Metro. Very large apartment and plenty of room for a family of five. Very clean throughout, separate bedrooms, family room with dining table, separate full kitchen, and a single full bathroom. Check in and check out was very easy. Highly recommended!

Everything was great. Amazing locality near Colosseum, metro and bus stations, shops etc. Flat was perfectly furnished including kitchen. We traveled with children and it was really good choice.
It was really cold in the flat in the first day, but it was understandable because of central heating. Extra blankets were prepared.

It was an incredible Christmas adventure. The apartment is in a quiet street. It’s an independent building inside the yard of a big one building. The apartment is really close to Colosseum, Palatine hill, Basilica di San Clemente etc. - few minutes, Domus aurea, . There is close metro station ?, approximately 300-400 meters. With metro “A” ( Via Ottaviano station) you can reach Vatican city for around 15 min. A little bit more walking you can reach Victor Emmanuel ll monument and many churches and basilicas. On the metro station “Spagna” you’re on the Spanish steps - 7-8 min by metro ?. From Spanish steps you can walk to Pantheon’s area, Piazza Navona and Fontana di Trevi. Everyone knows there’re many landmarks in Rome. Quite neighborhood Trastevere also is really beautiful.
What about the host of the apartment, some people have written about him, but when you meet him you feel the italian spirit, a positive man, smiling, warm welcomed, with a big heart, he will help if needs. I’d had a communication through booking with him at time since we arrived in Rome.

We had a wonderful stay in Rome, the apartment owner was kind, helpful and attentive. Location is superb, right by the Colosseum. The apartment was impeccable. We’ll be coming back next year!

Pier was very nice and helpful. Clean kitchen and bathroom. Close to the colosseum and restaurants. Security of the apartment.
Bed was uncomfortable, it was noisy at night. The small walking shower had no door so we had to be careful not to splash water on the floor.

Great location on a quiet street near everything. The apartment was very clean, has all the necessary equipment and amenities and is overall beautiful. Exactly as on photos with great design, vibrant colors and practical. The host was great too, really friendly and helpful. There is a small but charming inner garden with a fountain in front of the apartment. Would definitely recommend!
