Walking distance to Vatican, nice breakfast, you can always find something to drink or eat anytime. Closed car parking garage.
It was dirty-ish and many things in the room were broken or not maintained well. They definitely should remove that anti-slip plastic in the bath, because that is disgusting. It feels like you are staying in someone else’s room, not a hotel room.

It suited us for that night, but it was too far out of central Rome for us to stay again. The staff were very nice.
The room decor seemed quite old. On pulling the curtain across, it came away because it was held up with Velcro. Perhaps there was a different way to close it but it wasn’t obvious to us.

Breakfast was great, beds comfortable and view of St. Peter’s Cathedral was amazing. Staff was excellent esp Ceero (gm?)who makes the everything run smoothly for all types of travelers, and his guests. Bartenders were excellent too.

-Potentially the swimming pool and rooftop although they were close in May
- Breakfast was not fresh. Ham in the morning had often gone bad. Croissants were not fresh.
- Rooms were not clean and the bathrooms need renovation. The ceiling on the shower is peeling.
- Mattresses do not have toppers which is not ideal for cleaniness

Nothing really to like, the hotel is 'tired' and badly in need of some modernisation.
Everything, rooms, bathrooms, fixtures and fittings are old or don't work.
Some of the staff were pleasant and helpful on reception, but others were abrupt and uninterested.

Location is good if you don't mind being 20 min by bus from down town.
Free garage was a plus too.
Breakfast was really basic.
The Tv in the room was in the wrong location what means impossible to watch plus covering half of the only mirror in the room.
For three of us only one small soap bar, without shower gel and shampoo ( for three night). Had to call the reception.
The balkony was separate from the other balkony just by flowers in the pot. Compromissing privacy and safety.

No worries to find parking, a restaurant down stairs is very good, pretty spacious room. Not far from bus stop.
Took the room for wheelchair user with a balcony, but it was not accessible for that person. In the room there is an additional toilet for disabled person, but had to go back to reception to ask to unlock it.

Good place, slightly too expensive. Even though it’s a 4 star hotel, I expected a little better room. But the staff is great, very friendly and helpful. The location is quite good as for Rome, like 30 mins walk from the Vatican City. The food was good, both dinner at the restaurant and breakfast that was included. Cleaning staff also did great job. I recommend this place as probably something cheaper will be more far away, so I guess it’s fair.
