Exceptional
The hotel is very perfect located near the station and in the center. Very clean room , speed WiFi , free water, kettle, coffee mashine in the room. Good room temperature. Overall 10/10
The breakfast is very poor, i recommend to eat outside.

Good
The staff was very kind, the location is great.
It's my second time staying at this specific Numa hotel.
Last time was lovely, I booked the same room but it was on the 5th floor.
This time I was at the 4th floor, and unfortunately I had a different experience.
The room was much smaller than the other one, and every time someone flashed the toilet in the upper floor, I could hear the water stream loudly inside my room...
I booked this place again with very high expectations, but was unfortunately unsatisfied..

Disappointing
The breakfast staff were professional, kind, and attentive. They did their job very well, even though the breakfast itself was quite poor and basic.
Unfortunately, my experience at Numa Roma Barberini was far below the standard I have always associated with Numa. From the start, there were clear failures in service — delayed support with my requests upon arrival and extremely poor communication from the reception, which felt practically nonexistent.
Still, among all these issues, one incident was completely unacceptable. On my second night, while I was working in the co-working space around 8:00 PM, two reception staff members entered with about three of their friends (who clearly do not work at the hotel). They started drinking, talking loudly, and turned the co-working space into a party. Because of this, I was forced to cancel my meeting and leave. The fact that this behavior came from the staff themselves makes the situation even worse. If it had been guests, it would already have been inappropriate — but for hotel employees to do this is simply unacceptable.
The next day, one of the employees apologized, but the apology felt more like an attempt to prevent me from reporting the incident than a genuine effort to fix the problem.
Overall, this experience was well below the level of professionalism and respect I expected from Numa. It made me seriously reconsider staying with the brand again, despite my previous excellent experiences in Vienna and Barcelona.

Shower!! Great water pressure, plenty of hot water. Appreciated the drinking water and supplied coffee and coffee maker. AC worked great! Bed is low but comfortable.
Interesting location - near high end hotels (W and Grand Hotel Palace), but also right next door to a club that features floor shows and “lap dances”. Thankfully no noise or issues.
Room is ridiculously small (some of the room photos were misleading). Very uncomfortable with no place to put luggage and clothes hanging space is only shirt height above the cabinet with coffee maker. Due to bad knees, I specifically filter for elevator access. This property does have an elevator, but you have to go up 2 short flights of stairs to access it.

I had a problem getting my passport loaded but the gentleman at the reception helped me.
The toiletries were exceptional.
There's also a lift to get you up and down from your room.
I couldn't figure out the coffee machine.
I wouldn't take the lift by myself one time but it's a long way down the steps.

Very Poor
Mothing
1. The elevator is accessed by stairs, which is not possible with children and suitcases.”
2. The worst and narrowest elevator I’ve ever seen in my life.
3. There was a disgusting smell coming from the bathroom during our entire stay.
4. More importantly—and far worse—my personal information was compromised by scammers. What kind of hotel fails to ensure our security? This is a complete disgrace. What am I supposed to do now? They have my email, home address, and phone number.
5. On the last day of my stay, there was a complete water outage.
A hotel should have a water tank for situations like this—but they didn’t.
We spent the whole day sweating in the heat of Rome, and when I came back to take a shower, there was no water.
I had to go to bed sweaty and smelling awful.I come to home like this.Awful .Highly not recommended .Need my money back.
