On the positive side, we stayed in room 447, which was very nice and comfortable, with an outstanding terrace that made the stay especially enjoyable. The bathroom was also very good, modern and well equipped.
At the reception there are also free lockers where you can leave your bags or suitcases after check-out, which is very convenient.
The hotel is very well located, about a 10-minute walk from the Spanish Steps and Trinità dei Monti, with Barberini metro station just 5 minutes away and situated right in the middle of Via Veneto.
Overall, it is a modern hotel, well designed and especially suitable for young couples visiting the city.
Overall, the hotel was fine, but our last night was a very frustrating experience. The door to our room stopped working and we spent almost 4 hours (from 19:45 to 23:45) unable to enter, which completely ruined the last night of our trip.
The worst part was how the issue was handled. There was no way to contact someone in person: everything was done via WhatsApp, and we were speaking with someone based in Berlin who was not on site and therefore could not really solve the problem.
For more than 3 hours we were waiting while a security guard arrived. He only spoke Italian (luckily I was able to communicate). He had a key that did not work, then they provided incorrect codes to open the emergency box with the keys, and when they finally gave him the correct code, that key still did not open our room.
We then opened a second box where, in theory, the master keys were supposed to be, but there was absolutely nothing inside. The security guard left around 22:00 without any solution.
It was not until 23:00 that a very kind and professional staff member from Numa Roma Trastevere arrived and actually helped us: he replaced the batteries on the panel and then the door battery until we were finally able to enter.
We were unable to change clothes or take our belongings, and we ended up not being able to have dinner because it was already too late and everything was closed. It was especially unpleasant as it was our last night of the trip.
We were eventually given a 50% refund for that night, which I appreciate, but the initial handling of the situation was very poor and completely ruined the end of our stay.
The lift is very small and old, and you need to go up 4–5 steps to reach it, which is inconvenient if you have luggage.

I had booked a small room - what I got was bigger than what I expected and with a nice comfortable double bed! Very nice bathroom too and excellent bathroom.
Breakfast was really poor, not worth having at the hotel.
