We loved the decoration, quality of bedsheets and matress, everything was cleaned and tidy. Breakfast was ok, we only had it on the last day.

It was modern it was clean it had everything we needed and the windows towards the city were bonus and the location was amazing. Check in was super easy and all of the staff was really nice as well

We loved the balcony, which benefited from evening sunshine. We also enjoyed being able to self-restock coffee pods and oat milk. We also liked not needing to keep track of a key and found that we could remember the code quite quickly. The host staff were always friendly, upbeat and helpful. There were some excellent breakfast and evening meal options very nearby - we would particularly recommend Il Cortile! The room was very quiet. We slept very well throughout our stay.
It was very unfortunate that the drains had a terrible smell which made using the bathroom unpleasant, despite it's otherwise high cleanliness. We contained the smell from infusing into the bedroom by keeping the bathroom door always shut, the extractor fan in the bathroom on at all times, and airing the room on our return from excursions by opening the doors to the balcony. We think maybe that this was an issue beyond the accommodation's control? Even if so, a comment acknowledging the issue, I think, would have been good.

The location was excellent and it was renovated
Very small room. The idea with no reception doesn’t work at all. Asked for another pillow never got an answer. Tried to find someone in the entrance or the phone number but nothing.

It is very modern and the design and feel of the room was excellent. I could walk from the hotel to the Trevi Fountain easily. Very reachable to a lot of things.

I stayed at this hotel and was very satisfied. From the moment of check-in, you can feel the attentive attitude toward guests: the staff are polite.
The room was clean, cozy, and well equipped — a comfortable bed, fresh towels, and everything needed for a pleasant stay.
The hotel’s location was also a big plus — it’s convenient to get to the main places in the city.
Overall, a very pleasant experience. An excellent combination of quality, service, and atmosphere.

This is super minor… but Netflix doesn’t allow you to airplay anymore onto the TV, so limited for what you can watch
