Very Good
The bungalow is located inside a huge complex that includes a restaurant, a laundromat and a market. There is also a big supermarket right across the street. The bus station is right in front of the complex. There is hot water, everything is really clean and the staff is really nice.
The standard bungalows are connected to each other, so if you're unlucky you can have really loud neighbors. The wifi doesn't work at all. The location is a bit far away from the city and all the tourist attractions, but well connected by buses.

The property was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing.
There was nothing major to complain about. Maybe the Wi-Fi could be a bit stronger, but overall everything was good.

Terrible last night (23/2) in this room, third day morning woke up found the room flooded by the water leaking through the wall beside shower, and after come back at night time, the water leaking is way more than morning and all leaking to the door (can see by the picture) and I took the waiting number at 20:01, it’s really crazy that I wait there over 45 minutes to talk to the receptionist (I even have to go ask when the counter is no people)
And the staff come to our room at 20:55 to check the situation. The most disappointing part is there has no SPECIFIC staff can direct help with the guest who live in the camp. We have to take the ticket as check in guests and the counter is mostly deal with check in guest first and I see so many guest who is not take the ticket to cut the wait. In the end the staff did offer another room for us to stay, but we were tired whole day outside and was the last nights, there’s no point to change room again.
So the staff gave us a pack of big towel to dry the floors in case happens again. And check out day(24/2), when we woke up and check the water still leaking through wall, but we put the towel at night before, so it did not leak a lot like last night.

I like that it is a quiet place and it's near a supermarket and the bus stop. It was really comfortable and the staff is extremely friendly and efficient. The kitchenette is small but efficient, we had 2 bathrooms and 4 beds. The little patio outside was really comfortable and useful, 2 of us smoke so we liked the fact that we could smoke without getting wet if it was raining.
One of the bathrooms sometimes gave us problems with the water but, except for this, everything was perfect.

The rooms are very clean and tidy. The staff is amazing, the environment is amazing. Wifi is free. It would be nice if there was at least a stove in the rooms. The location is very convenient. Everything was good, it was my third visit and I will definitely book here again when I come to Rome in the future ?

The location for price is great. Play area for kids and they seems to be consistently working and cleaning the area to look decent.
The machines for laundry are a bit tricky. As it shows it takes card, but it doesn't. Only one machine takes coins and the other dollars. Be ware of what is available as machines are not all working. If its busy you may not get any detergent.
Sound travels easy. You can here other guests outside during quite times.

The room was amazingly satisfied according to our expectations. They provided us with a bottle of wine for my Girlfriend's bday which she liked alot. eventually everything during our stay went well. we all liked the accommodation. Thanks for everything.

Good location. Everything is nice
we stayed 5 nights and they said middle of our stay they will change the towels and bed sheets but they didn’t do anything and we habe to manage 5 nights with same towels and bed sheets. That’s very bad.
First night we wanted to shower but there is no hot water. Next day we complain about it and they said that they will fix it and they fixed it. But when we wanted to shower, there was really really really less water. It literally took 20 minutes to remove the soap from the body.

The environment was very nice, it had a restaurant and market so that was a big plus, a supermarket was located across the street so that was beneficial as well...security was present during the day and night so added bonus..the front desk staff was very professional and helpful at all times..
They didn't clean or replenish the linen or towel after five days..when I ask the custodian they told me to go to the office..the office was extremely helpful

We loved our stay at the Hu! It was just as we expected, and so very comfortable. I really liked the onsite laundry and the basketball court was a hit. Breakfast buffet was lovely also. We did not utilize the pool area, but it was beautiful and being enjoyed by many other guests. Thanks!

The room was clean
There was no shower curtain, only a glass panel. There was no TV in the room, and I would have liked to have a kettle. There were also no small snacks or things like tea and coffee. On a few nights it was very noisy—the guests staying next to us made a lot of noise. Even though we warned them several times, they kept being noisy. Another thing was that the hotel had a shuttle service, but it only went to the city center. I would have preferred it to go to the airport as well, not just outside the city center. Having to pay extra money for a taxi to the airport was not pleasant at all.

Wonderful
Loved the concept and since I only used the camp to sleep, it was perfect.
I didn’t know it was too far from downtown.
And on the last day they cut me off from hot water so my last bath was cold.
