The environment and outside areas were very nice and clean. Everything needed for a good stay provided in the chalet.
The water in the pool was freezing cold and we're not ladies. Some small details in the chalet like quite unstable shower hot water. Wrong or unclear info in their website.

The rooms weren’t cleaned on daily basis. We had to carry our luggage to the room as no buggies were there at time of arrival

I liked the organization of the complex. Everything seemed to have a place. We enjoyed the breakfast area, the gelato shop, and the common areas.
Our tent was exactly how it was described on the property's advertisement. It was just enough for what we needed.
My tent's safe didn't work. We had our first dinner at the restaurant and we didn't enjoy it. The carbonara pasta wasn't good.

There was no queen bed as mentioned on website
It was my honeymoon and i kept falling between beds -the 2 single attached beds-

Clean, organized , accesible, nice environment , have a free locker to put the luggage
Only allow check in at 14 … as a bunch of people arrives at the same time and it delays the process. Suggest: once guests allow, check them in but allow to enter only from 2pm . So that minimizes the lines and crowd. Easy for everyone x other than that, everything was great !

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. One of the staff working the information window, Livia i think her name was, even helped us pick streets to shop at and helped us figure out the bus and train routes the easiest and fastest. The food was amazing at the restaurant and the pool was open and looked good. It is also very easy to navigate into Rome and access the city from Hu. We didnt get to stay long, but it was a lovely place and all the flowers everywhere made it smell amazing!
Honestly the place was amazing, my only downfall was walking up the stairs behind the reception after all the walking we did in the city.

How close it was to the metro stations, it had its own market, restaurant and pool. The shuttle to go to the metro/vatican was extremely helpful and cheap. They were very accommodating for my baby, they made sure we had a crib and everything we needed for him.
The bed is uncomfortable, it’s really hard and the pillows are flat but everything else was amazing so it outweighed it

Definitely good price and close to Rome, good restaurant and easy access to public transit and a grocery store across the street.
It hasn’t been cleaned during our stay (+5 days), even after going and complaining to the woman at the reception… they rescheduled it but nobody came…
Waiting period of +2hours in the evening and in the cold on our check-in was horrendous after so long travelling and without any compensation or compassion of the desk employee. Really sad.
