I visited Rome for the first time with my boyfriend and family. The villa was not far from the city, and it looked nice from the outside
I didn’t find the hygiene to be good. The blankets were not clean, so overall the villa wasn’t very clean. In one room, there were insects and a lot of dust. As I said, the villa looked nice overall, but the hygiene was poor. Also, you could only shower with one towel for three days, and if you needed an extra towel, you had to pay 5€

We are arrive at midnight with many luggage and kids, but the staff gave us very far camping location and must walking. Later on we know most of the camp is empty.

Third time visiting. Dinner reservations easy. Location is great, pool is a blast for kids. Lots to do
I thought I had booked a different (bigger) spot. Seemed smaller than room I stayed in last time. Room was far away from check in, so checking out early no one was available to help. Despite sending note. Hard to reach staff if have question.

The “Premium” bungalow is well equipped and quite comfortable, and we could park the car right in front of it. There is a great supermarket just 2 minutes away by car, open until 10 p.m.
The price was very good for the winter season. We parked at Garbatella metro station to visit Rome, which was very convenient.
Regarding the facilities, we especially appreciated the outdoor workout area and the coffee place.
As we stayed during the winter season, the pool and tennis courts were not maintained, and the pools were closed.
It was quite cold inside the bungalow, as there was only one air-conditioning heater in the living room. We had to request an additional blanket to be able to sleep comfortably.
Upon arrival, we had to wait outside for about one hour in the cold before check-in.

There was an issue with the shower door when we arrived to our room. They immediately had someone come to fix it.
Trailers were too close that you can hear the next door having a karaoke contest til almost 2am.

Not recommended. If you come after 12:01 am you cant enter in . If you decided to go somewhere gor example club or i dont know where after 12:01 am your entry they close until 6:00 am

House was clean and village is great
But the big downside was the check-in line. We were standing there around 2 a.m., tired and exhausted from the trip, waiting for check-in because there was only one person working — and very slowly. It’s unacceptable to have guests standing in line with luggage in the middle of the night like that. It’s hard to believe you didn’t know there would be a large number of check-ins that day to schedule more staff. The guy working told us they don’t have money to pay another person when needed. That’s a big minus for your accommodation.

Ur rude and stupid staff specially the black lady hired by ur company and never know the manners to talk to the customer and entrance amount which I have been charged for my friend who drive our car and came to drop us .first u people need to train the staff and hire a English speaking staff

Amenities were awesome. We have toddlers and it was the perfect first stop to make after getting off of a long flight. Close to the airport and made for families.

This an amazing stay and campus. Choose what level of comfort you want from a very nice room with great shower, comfy bed, and AC, or choose something more like camping. Resteraunts, food, pools, courts, games, everything you could want on the campus. It’s very safe to walk around and is secluded from everything else. I was a little nervous on the bus ride over because the area was a bit scared but as soon as we walked in site my worries were gone.
I wish it was a bit quicker to get to, from central Rome it was 25 min metro ride and then another 25 min bus ride. But worth it

I like everything, it was relaxing type and for my family as well. It was just only a short stay and wish more. Pool stuff are polite.
Its not really that we dont like. Its only a suggestion to adjust the mirrors a bit down. We short people can see only our hair...as well the guy at the bar next to supermarket. It seems rude to say why we have to buy only water and we need it for our child. That time the grocery store was closed. Thanks to the lady who assisted...
