Exceptional
The bed was very comfy and the shower was very nice. The hot water setup was a lovely touch and the common room has a little balcony which was lovely. Quiet but good location, a few minute walk from the Metro.
Not much, wish we had stayed longer. It was a little confusing with the city tax getting exact change without a person to submit it to but we managed and communication was very good.

Good location near the metro and and some attractions, like Castel Sant’Angelo and Vatican
The water in shower in our room was either too hot or too cold. It was difficult setting a comfortable temperature

Great welcoming kit (toothbrush and toothpaste in travel size, tons of bathing products), big nice shower with colorful lights and a spot to sit and relax, warm duvet
Hot water wasn’t working in the shower and the staff couldn’t solve it until next day

Spacious room and bathroom, easily accessible by bus or walking, close to Metro station in a more quiet residential area, free coffee/tea; common eating area; good value for location
Showerhead was not functioning but you could still use the handheld shower; few eatery choices nearby; set of stairs to climb at the entrance

Wonderful
The location and proximity to Old City were very good. Close to the metro station was exceptional. Close and easy walking distance to cafe's and restaurants was exceptional. Room was comfortable and quiet building and surrounding area.
TV has no way to provide closed captions in various languages.

We don’t like the place we want our money back nightmare unable to used the toilet first night until next day around night am plus the shower head broke. Totally unacceptable
Showering was a challenge using the portable gears plus we were accused to broke the toilet totally wrong

Very safe area easy walk to Vatican, Castel Sant’ Angelo, and Villa Borghese… and Trevi Fountain. Clean and quiet, easy in and out, friendly staff. Lovely cafe around the corner filled with non-tourists. Good pizzeria 9minute walk away.

The owner and reception is accomodating to our needs. They have provided instructions how to check in very late like 11pm. Also, the place is nearby Lepanto metro station. It is close to the Tiber river and Carrefour supermarket.
The neighborhood has several vandalism.

Very well located, 20-25 minute walk to the Piazza di Spagna and Trevi Fountain. There was also a metro located right around the corner from the building as well as a bar and a few restos. Very confortable beds! Bathroom was large and clean. Great water pressure in the shower.

There wasn’t signage in front of the building. However after we talked to management they posted a sign the next day.

Clean and spacious room
AC wasn’t working in optimum capacity. The kitchen could be equipped with basic utilities like olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, coffee, tea. We had to buy water. I would suggest to install a water refiller or something similar.
