It was all great, the rooms updated bathroom was exceptional with a large walk-in rain shower. Great staff and location, would most definitely stay here again.

Great location near plaza del Popolo, good restaurants on the street. Breakfast at the nice across the street as organized by our hotel was great.
We had no view. Our room faced the wall.

The lovely rooms on the roadside are noisy especially if you like to sleep with the window open

Great position, super easy to get everywhere. Very nice staff. Room was perfectly comfortable.
The room was fine, nothing special in terms of decor or comfort but a-ok for a short stay. Bed was perfectly comfortable. No view, I looked out on an internal well. Tea and coffee making equipment could be improved. Loo seat was broken.

Its such a great location, minutes from the Spanish steps and shopping street and two excellent restaurants on the door step.
Nothing it was clean and the staff were so helpful and informative.

Lovely boutique hotel in a quiet part of Bustling aroma. The room was generous in size and loved the furnishings. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Perfect location and lovely staff
its the little things that they struggled with . No power outlet where the tea coffee making facilities are so you have to put the kettle on the floor under a table near a power outlet , only one coffee mug and No teaspoon to stir coffee , asked for some drinking glasses and they gave us paper cups , our shower body wash ran out and we asked them twice to refill , it wasnt done ( lucky we had packed our own ) , the dirty coffee cup was never washed. Room was comfortable but very small and old. The hotel has a lift which is a huge bonus and the room air conditioning was great. The front desk staff were lovely

Great Location. Small but really really nice! The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Lots of restaurants and cafs nearby.
Missing breakfast, but anyway you have a lot of cheap options outside.
