The staff, age of the building and overall cleanliness was exceptional.

When you walk in the entrance we received the warmest welcome from Furuk - he checks in with us every time he sees us and brightens our day.
The Lobby is beautiful and the fragrance is just magical. The fragrance just makes you feel like you’re in a really luxurious space.
Every single person in the hotel is so friendly and welcoming - the service is the best we have ever had. You are always greeted so warmly, it makes such a difference and it’s really appreciated.
Everything is within a 10 minute walking distance. It’s so easy to get food, drinks, sight-see and everything else from here.
In all honesty, I wasn’t too sure about this hotel before we came here. There’s a St Regis nearby, which is where I usually stay. Anantara has a pool - which is why I thought I’d risk it. But, this has been the best hotel I’ve stayed in for having everything.

Location and the bar lounge staff were amazing, concierge really helpful and professional service. Housekeeping amazing attention to detail.

As always happens, if you don’t demand and complain from the start you are given rooms with worst location. So and we were given rooms far away from elevators and absolutely no view. Literally, there was almost no window in our room. They could have informed us about such circumstances or tried to compensate. We were instead offered more expensive replacement but after 6 hours. I was too tired to fight and we given up and spend two night in the room with no window. First time ever in 5 star hotel I have such experience with windows. And I was a loyal customer of Anantara worldwide, but this experience made me to reconsider my attitude to this chain.

Excellent location at the edge of Ancient Rome, surrounded by opera, multiple excellent restaurants a beautiful ancient fountain and across from a basilica built by Michelangelo! Hotel itself is very upscale and boasts a lovely rooftop bar with a cool vibe.
