The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The hotel's location was excellent. The restaurant on the ground floor was INEO; it is a one-Michelin-star restaurant, also the best in Rome, in my opinion.
The ventilation in the bathroom was too strong, and the shower curtain was too narrow, making it a cold experience to take a shower.

Great location. My room was comfortable but basic. Nice bedding and towels. No real view. It was very quiet which was wonderful

Disappointing
Concierge Valentina helpful. Gave me a bottle of prosecco for my birthday but tasted awful.
For what we paid I was very disappointed. The staff were nice except for the manager of Seen. We were there for my 50th Birthday and I came all the way from America. He took my drink away and said he would bring me something special for my birthday. I thought it was a complimentary the way he made it sound..but he brings back a drink, it tastes awful! I want my old drink back! And he charged for it! The bed had a rip in the leather. Cheap fixtures. No fan in the bathroom. The incense oil thing smells awful and overpowering. Carpet dirty. Hard to believe was a “five star” hotel. I spent a lot of money for my income and was very disappointed. I felt like it was pretentious without the class.
