Very good and varied breakfast. The breakfast room was beautiful, just like the hotel.
Room cleaning was always on point.
It is not a cheap hotel. But it's worth the money.

The location was very good. Not far from the centre. Easy access to transportation. We got upgraded to a Junior Suite, a really nice room. Breakfast was fine as well.

Staff were helpful and friendly, room was good, location is good. Only criticism, the bar staff were not always readily available. Overall a very good place to stay and I would stay there again.

Warm room , AC was not working, food was below standard, when we asked for fright eggs, they said this is an extra and I have to pay for it

The location is perfect — just a short walk from the train station. The room is clean with various drinks in mini fridge. Staffs are friendly and actively to support us. Breakfast has variety of foods.
I thought there was a problem with the air conditioner because I set the temperature to 21°C, but it felt much warmer than that. The airflow was also weak, even I set the fan to the maximum speed. I had to open the window to cool down the room and put up with the noise from outside.

Excellent hotel! The room was really nice and spacious. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a suite, and the staff was very flexible with our check-out time. The service was outstanding, and the team was amazing, especially Gianluca. The location was also great. We were pleasantly surprised in every way. Highly recommended!

Location of the hotel is excellent at central Rome near the Central station
Roo is a deluxe, excellent Room
The Breakfast had few choices, and I hope to see such an excellent hotel with better choices in the open buffet

I liked that we got a room upgrade. The receptionist during our check in was kind and lovely. I forgot to ask his name but he kind of looks like (to me) the actor Stanley Tucci.
The reception was beautiful. Our room was big and nice. Comfy bed and pillows.
The shower took time to get warm, maybe about 3 minutes. The drying rack inside the bathroom was rusty. The faucet in the lavatory was not properly cleaned.
Not too much food for vegans during breakfast but there were fruits and vegan croissants. Vegans could appreciate if there were also vegan butter and plant based ''milk''.
Even though it seems like I have lots of things that I didn't like, I still rated our stay 10 because the room was big, nice and comfy.
