Friendly, helpful and jolly staff - both at reception and the rooftop bar. Although there are many tourist groups, they seem to move swiftly on their way. The retro aspect of the furnishings are amongst the attractions that draws us back. Termini is only a five-minute walk away. Can't compain about breakfast - always varied and adequate: Service is also smart.
The coffee machines at breakfast serve a sub-standard (Nescafé) brew - You do have to ask the waiters in order to get the real thing.

Location, room standard, art deco interior, cleanliness, roof top bar.
The breakfast was repetitive and hot food and coffee was not hot enough. Good range of food on offer but limited “a la carte” menu would really raise the standard.

The entire hotel is permeated with a musty, old smell, including the room itself, where I felt as if I were locked inside my great-grandmother’s wardrobe. The atmosphere and furnishings feel equally outdated. Although the hotel is rated four stars, it corresponds more to the standards of around 1975. The room equipment is very worn out – cracked plaster, a broken shower head, and no espresso machine, with only a kettle and instant coffee available, which in Italy seems like an absolute absurdity.
Breakfast was rather average, and from a four-star hotel I would definitely expect a wider and more varied selection. Overall, a huge disappointment – a place I will never return to.

I liked that we got a room upgrade. The receptionist during our check in was kind and lovely. I forgot to ask his name but he kind of looks like (to me) the actor Stanley Tucci.
The reception was beautiful. Our room was big and nice. Comfy bed and pillows.
The shower took time to get warm, maybe about 3 minutes. The drying rack inside the bathroom was rusty. The faucet in the lavatory was not properly cleaned.
Not too much food for vegans during breakfast but there were fruits and vegan croissants. Vegans could appreciate if there were also vegan butter and plant based ''milk''.
Even though it seems like I have lots of things that I didn't like, I still rated our stay 10 because the room was big, nice and comfy.

Service was perfect. The size of the room was also perfect. Hotel is close to the train station, and is in an ideal location for many of the landmarks around Rome.
Breakfast was fairly plain, with very little variety and unhelpful staff. It required more organisation.

We love the location just few step from Roma Termini station, the room is modern with the vintage charm of the hotel. Housekeeping did an excellent job to keep the room clean every day. The front desk is very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Thank you, we have a great stay!
The only thing is daily breakfast are the same every day and wish can have more different variety and hot items
