Breakfasts was great, the hotel location is short distance to the main train terminal, the hotel staff were excellent.
The air conditioning was weak and wasn’t able to keep the room cool despite temperature adjustment. The timber floor was loose in many areas making terrible noise when you walk over it. The other room air conditioning was the same weak and the bed head stunk on cigarette smell.

Friendly, courteous staff. Very accommodating of my partial sight. Beautifully clean and well presented rooms. Great central location inc for train station. Lovely breakfast room and buffet.

Location was perfect as I traveled by train and Roma Termini was 80m away. Staff were extremely helpful with information about the local area and gave me a late checkout option on leaving as well as an upgraded room on arrival, couldn't fault them and very pleasant and good understanding on English. Made my stay very pleasurable.
Close to all the sites of Rome and hundreds of eating options within 5 minutes.

Location 2 mins walk from termini station.
Smelled bad everywhere even though it looked clean. Most probably because the building is very old.

The employees were rude, they didn't even give a discount and they talked loudly. It's an expensive place and the employees behaved rudely and impolitely. I was not satisfied at all.
