I liked the location, it was central and easy to get around. The hotel was safe. The hotel was good about holding my luggage because I arrived early and left late. The checkout staff was very kind and pleasant.
The bathroom smells like the drains need cleaning and it was quite unpleasant. When I checked in and got my luggage, I wasn't offered a porter to the room and the front desk staff just watched me lug my suitcase. During my stay, I approached someone at the front desk about extra water, his response was quite dismissive. The breakfast needed more variety though the restaurant staff were pleasant and kind. I didn't much time at the hotel fortunately because if I had, the smell in the room would have been a real challenge and because my experience with the front desk was so uneven, I didn't bother to complain.

Request for room changed as heater is not working properly, but the ataff said room all full. My colleague asked for same thing sometimes later, we told there are room. Not quite impressed with the service

The hotel’s location is simply unbeatable – just steps away from Rome’s most beautiful sights, great restaurants, and the vibrant city life. Breakfast was phenomenal, with the freshest ingredients and an exceptional variety to satisfy even the most demanding food lovers.
With premium quality accommodations, unmatched hospitality, and a perfect atmosphere, this place completely won us over. Without a doubt, it is the best hotel in Rome, and we would return in a heartbeat!
