Great location. Right in front of the train station. Ample food and shopping within walking distance. Nice breakfast, helpful staff. Pretty much had everything we were looking for. The junior suite was spacious enough for the three of us, but a bit small compared to other locations.
Housekeeping was a swing and a miss. Cups were not replaced, rug was not vacuumed even when we requested.
I'm surprised even a BW premier didn't have universal plugs in their rooms. Plus the lighting was unncesarily fancy and there was one switch that kept shutting off lights in both the rooms.

Our bar frig did not work. We mentioned it over 3 days, someone would come to the room, but it was never fixed. Very frustrating. Just change the frig if you cant fix it.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Termini train station. It was across the road which made it easy to take luggage back and forwards. Rooms were modern and comfortable. Enjoyed the meals in the in house restaurant and there other lovely restaurants that we tried close by.

The location was perfect. Having a restaurant there was a plus . The food was delicious and we had a wonderful waitress Nadia and all of the staff was friendly.

very comfortable location - easy to get from and to the airport very nice and helpful stuff clean and very quiet rooms good breakfast
the location is 2 metro station from the center of rome, not exactly the center of the city
