Wonderful
The hotel is located a short walk away from Termini Station, which makes it convenient for both access to and from the airport and public transportation. My room was large and very well appointed with everything I could ask for. The staff was professional and courteous.
I can’t think of anything, really. Sorry!

Disappointing
The day to day staff were good and friendly. the location was also good
we had an incident where my wife's wallet with money ($700 USD) and some of our cards was stolen. my wife had doubts as to whether she left her wallet in the room after taking it out of the safe. management follow up was below zero with an email sent to us after we left stating they tried to contact us and a small gesture of approx. 20 Euro deduction. had i known the discount was management gesture, i would have declined. we were there for 5 nights, the incident happened on the second day. they had my international number and requested they contact me twice. their follow up on this matter was very unprofessional and unacceptable. a nice genuine apology would have been a good start.

Location, cleanliness, comfort, selection of tv programme, friendly staff, bathroom facilities, coffee making, mini bar.
Soundproofing. Narrow corridor. Steel chair which my feet always bump into and hurts like hell. Suggest to wrap the legs with something cushiony
