- The location is only 5 minutes walk from Rome Main Train Station
- Although the hotel provide Air Conditioning but it was disabled in all the rooms because of the season (this was in November)! It gets very hot even while opening the window! It should be the customer decision to open or close the AC as his own decision
- While check-in the staff kept saying you don't have a reservation with us! After providing the booking details he eventually gave us the room.
- The room cleaning service was horrible, as only the beds were made-up everything else not cleaned even the toilets!

All the staff were kind.
The breakfast buffet was great because it had many kinds of food.
I highly recommend it.
Also, the transportation was very convenient.
I stayed on the 6th floor. The water pressure was a bit low, which caused a slight problem.

It is very close to Roma Termini. The railway station. So it got vibe of an airport hotel. Generally good hotel.

The location was excellent 8 minute walk to Roma Termini it was clean and even though in a busy street was quiet..the staff was good and breakfast was very good.
Found nothing negative just a misunderstanding at breakfast but was quickly resolve.

Loved the location, able to walk to see many of the historic sites. Very close to the buses and train station. Made it very easy to get around.
Couldn’t figure out the AC for the room so it was a little uncomfortable at night for sleeping.

Service is outstanding. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Fitness room was excellent. Fitness rooms will become a big decision point for younger guests in the future. This hotel has it well covered. Breakfast was varied and super high quality. We would definately stay again. Location great for Rome Centre to the South. 1-2 kms surrounds you in History.
Please, when preparing my room do not let the room be at +35 degrees when we enter. We arrived with help of a great Porter who switched on the A/C. Two hours later the A/C had stopped our sweating.
After this first not great episode, everything was perfect. We will stay here again, very good place. Service excellent.
