Very nice hotel, clean, comfortable, and in an ideal location.
I was surprised, when checking out, to be asked if I wished to pay an optional 'service charge' of 10 euro which apparently is tips for the staff in other words. I declined, I'd already left a tip in my room anyway.

Actually, it was great. The best shower I had in 14 days in Italy. Silent, comfortable, a space is not big, but is enough. Good restaurant. Nice staff.
In conclusion, I believe I like it everything, regardless the fact that, at this time, I didn’t go anywhere without a cab. Maybe it’s not a good location for those who wish to walk around Rome. I cannot say anything about this at this time..

Firstly, I must say the location is absolutely fantastic! It’s less than a five-minute walk from the Train Station, which is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers. Additionally, the proximity to Chinese restaurants is a delightful bonus for anyone who might be missing some familiar flavors after spending time in Italy.
I would like to commend the wonderful ladies who take care of the breakfast room. They were friendly, helpful, and their warm demeanor truly added a pleasant touch to my mornings.
However, I believe there’s room for improvement in the behavior of the reception staff. When I inquired about the Luminous bus parked opposite the hotel, I was informed that it could indeed take me to the airport. When I asked how long the journey would take, the staff member, unfortunately, replied that it don't belong to the hotel, so he did not know. It would be helpful if such information were readily available to the reception staff as it would certainly enhance the guest experience, making the hotel’s location even more attractive.
Additionally, I had a less than pleasant experience with an elderly gentleman at the reception when paying the City tax. I noticed an extra charge of 50 Euros and when I queried it, he was quite reluctant to explain that it was a service tax that I wasn’t actually required to pay. This was quite surprising and concerning, as I can imagine many guests might overlook this and end up paying the extra amount. Ensuring clarity and transparency in billing is crucial to maintaining trust and satisfaction among guests.

The location is perfect, the breakfast plentiful and varied – we couldn't complain about anything. It was our second time here, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Rome.

Location of the hotel is a short walk to the Roma Termini train station - very convenient for day trips to Naples, Florence, etc. The room was clean.
We we not given daily complimentary mineral water, just on the first day of check in. It would be nice to provide daily complimentary of the mineral water. There is no carpet in the room, the floor can be cold especially during winter.

The proximity of the location to Roma Termini station was fantastic, especially after you’ve been travelling for almost a day. I love their breakfast! So many choices to choose from and they all tasted great.

- The location is only 5 minutes walk from Rome Main Train Station
- Although the hotel provide Air Conditioning but it was disabled in all the rooms because of the season (this was in November)! It gets very hot even while opening the window! It should be the customer decision to open or close the AC as his own decision
- While check-in the staff kept saying you don't have a reservation with us! After providing the booking details he eventually gave us the room.
- The room cleaning service was horrible, as only the beds were made-up everything else not cleaned even the toilets!

All the staff were kind.
The breakfast buffet was great because it had many kinds of food.
I highly recommend it.
Also, the transportation was very convenient.
I stayed on the 6th floor. The water pressure was a bit low, which caused a slight problem.
