location is good, close to Termini station, yet in a safe neighborhood. Public transportation is good, and it is an easy walk to historic center.

the beds were very comfortable and pillows were lovely and soft.
the room was a nice size and warm with plenty of lighting.
the bathroom was perfect size with loads of hot water and shower gel etc.
everything was very clean and we felt very safe.
overall we were very happy with our stay.

Close to Roma termini and walkable distance to every thing. Many restaurants choice. The staff is kind, helpful at the breakfast room , reception and the room cleaning service .

Friendly staff on arrival, easy check in, rooms maintained to a high standard. Very clean over all. Coffee and eggs on order at breakfast
Breakfast was ok, but mostly processed choices. Flooring and lighting in rooms had a slightly clinical feel to it and the staff add a tip onto the invoice when you pay on check out which is unusual. Optional of course

Very Good
This hotel is close to Roma Termini and Basilica Mary Major. Clean and decent size room considering it is in Rome central. I am surprised they have sauna and steam room, helps for recovery. The neighbourhood is also quiet and I felt safe, despite it is close to the station.
A special shout out to the housekeeping lady who was very helpful and attentive! I could’t find her again to ask for her name. She was on duty for our room #618 when we stayed from 20-22 March 2026. Please extend my thanks to her!

The hotel is 3 minutes from Termini main station, 2 minutes from the metro, and within walking distance of Rome’s iconic sites.
The staff was very nice.
The breakfast was great.
I will come back to this hotel. It basically says everything that needs to be said.

Some of the staff members are very kind and helpful
I liked the breakfast and the variety
Initially I had 2 seperate bookings and was told over the phone it is not possible to stay in teh same room I would have had to tell them way before
Than I wrote an email mentioning I am a guest who is bringing a group and it was not my mistake that the bookings are seperate and all of the sudden it was no problem to stay in the same room
So I bit of italian attitude came throuigh with one of the staff members
also the room has a bad smell coming from the bathroom from the pipes it comes and goes but is really unpleasant
THat is the biggest downside
Also there was a mistake done with my laundry - not washed on time - not even sent into washing at all - although it was mentioned that it is an urgent matter
So overall very mixed feelings

The room was very comfortable and attractive, the bathroom was quite nice. The breakfast is ample and delicious and the cappuccino is excellent. The hotel is close to Ro a Germini which makes it convenient. There are dry good bistros on the area as well as several important Roman sites, such Santa Maria Maggiore, Santa Prassade, Santa maria Della Vittoria, the Moses fountain and Piazza Republica and the Diocletian Baths. There’s a lot in this quadrant of Rome
