The room was spacious for our threesome. I booked this hotel for one night specifically because it was near Termini and because it had a refrigerator. The air conditioner was very efficient and adjustable. The rooftop bar on the 8th floor was a surprise and very pleasant.
The shower head couldn't be positioned in a way that centered over the user. You had to hand-hold it or constantly adjust it on the stand. The refrigerator didn't get very cold and there didn't seem to be a way to adjust it. Note that there was no freezer. To get ice, go to the 8th floor bar terrace where they will graciously give you a bag (not a bucket) of ice, which you can store in the refrigerator for a bit.

I stayed at the hotel with my family and we had 2 rooms next to each other which was super nice. The hotel was super clean. Staff was super nice. It is 5 minutes walk from the train station which we used the morning after staying at the hotel. Each room had sleepers, robes and anything I could need to have a great stay. The AC at the hotel was amazing considering the fact that it was super hot.

I thought the property was nice. We did wish there was a pool. It was nice and quiet. I would definitely stay there again.
I didn’t like that we couldn’t watch any TV in English or even have the option.

The location was excellent, with easy access to the train station and local bus terminal, making it very convenient for getting around the city. The property was very clean, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the rooftop restaurant, which offered a beautiful atmosphere and fantastic views of the city. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
The only issue we encountered was with the bathroom in our room. The exhaust fan did not appear to be working, which left the bathroom quite damp after showering. In addition, the shower base was leaking, causing some water to accumulate on the bathroom floor. Aside from these maintenance issues, our stay was very pleasant.

The location is excellent; it's a 5-minute walk from Termini station, where you can take the metro, bus, tourist bus, or whatever you need to get around.
Rooms are big, clean and quiet.
The breakfast is excellent; they have a variety of breads, pastries, a hot food section, fruits, and also an egg bar where you can order your eggs cooked to your liking.
Everything was excellent.
I have no complaints.
