The staff was very courteous and helpful. We've received all we asked for and beyond. The location is 5/5. Right near the Vatican, yet quiet, and full of restaurants or anything you miqght require. Also not too far away from Centro Storico.
The queen room bed was back breaking.

Had a sour check-in experience with the attendant, Sascha; however, Joseph, the concierge, was great. Impeccable customer service from the manager, Sarah, Ericado, and Chiara. The room was spacious and clean, and the location was awesome.

Stone throw from the Vatican and Prati and in a quiet side street. Lovely decor and design.
Small bathroom and stairs need a serious style lift.

They also assisted in booking myself and my mother a shuttle to the airport (at extra cost of 60 euros) + taxis if needed. Walking distance to Vatican (we wanted to attend the Papal Audience at 6am) - approx 10-15 minutes. We did not have complimentary water in our rooms, but were provided with them upon request.
Cost was more expensive than others; would have appreciated inclusion of breakfast or other perks as well. Shower water pressure overhead was weaker than the handheld one, but it's a minor issue!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast, comfy room and bed; we slept exeptionally well; great location near the Vatican and to all the other attractions.
