Very clean!! Quite exceptional staff friendly, I posted the wrong bad review to this hotel earlier my sincere apologies! This hotel deserves a very higher score than a 10 + rating! My bad review was for spring Hilton in Tampa FL what a dump!!

Bed was comfy, staff was good as well
Room too tiny for the price paid, you can barely move. Nothing in the minibar and just two coffees in the drawer. As well as zero toothbrush or toothpaste in the toilet, but given when asked.

They had no air con in the hotel and also even though all the rooms were booked and paid in advance they still asked us for €150 each deposit for the 2 rooms aswel in my eyes is wrong as everything was paid for

Disappointing
Room was well stocked with all necessities.
No cool air or air circulation. It was extremely hot. We were told that city ordinance prohibited the running of AC this early in the season but it was very hot in the room making it difficult to sleep. Even after showering the next morning, we were sweating getting dressed. We couldn’t wait to get outside to the cool morning air.

The qualities of the whole room and balcony view was perfect.
They had Netflix for the room TV advertised however you couldn’t get Netflix on the TV and had to rely on only 3-4 channels that you could change language to English.

The Vatican wall is literally 1/2 a block away - as are many WONDERFUL restaurants and a lovely bakery for morning coffee and pastries! Love that it is an 'American hotel' in Europe - with king-size beds!
We couldn't figure out the temperature controls so it was really hot.
