The hotel was close (7 min) to the metro station.
The hotel has only one elevator and very small. Staff is not even trained to help you if you have many luggages. The rooms very small. Wouldn’t recommend to have a breakfast in this hotel. The cost vs what you get in a far location from downtown is not worth it. Overall, this hotel is below of expectations from global chain.

The location easy access to the metro and the area was very nice.

I found the hotel was in an excellent location relatively close to the Metro and trams (about 500m walk). The room was comfortable and as it was mid-June the A/C worked very well. I also like that this hotel is farther from the hordes of people and very touristy venues.
I did find the bed and pillow to firm for my perefernces.

Dear Best Western Hotel Piccadilly,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, from the 10th of April to the 14th of April, 2025.
Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations I had based on the hotel’s reputation.
Firstly, while the hotel is advertised and sold as a 4-star establishment, the hotel only has 3 stars, as evidenced in the attached images. This discrepancy was quite disappointing and misleading.
Furthermore, the air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the staff, it was not resolved during my stay, resulting in an uncomfortable environment throughout my visit.
In addition, I encountered issues with a broken shower, and the breakfast provided did not meet the standards set by the images and descriptions on your website.
It is my belief that guests should be guaranteed a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and regrettably, this was not the case during my visit. I trust that you will take this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to address these concerns, so future guests do not face similar issues.

Excellent greeting by all reception staff eveytime we came in and left the building who ever was on duty. All the team were very polite and professional.
Breakfast was fine. No greeting when we arrived and had to work out what we had to do ourselves. No hot beverages offered, had to ask for tea towards finishing breakfast on first day. We took our own hot chocolate from the foyer machine the 2nd day

The location was pretty good, the hotel itself wasn’t too bad either, but be ready to carry your luggage upstairs (some steps to the elevator/s).
They put me on the 7 floor and on the 8 floor they have a breakfast room so if you want to book a room there ask them for another floor if you don’t want to be disturbed by the people walking above you and not only in the morning, but during the day time as well. The room was very small also.

The reception staff were really welcoming & helpful. Beds are really comfortable. Nice and clean. Breakfast is served on the 8th floor & there was plenty of choice. We received a voucher for a complimentary drink (in the foyer).The hotel is a 5 minute walk from San Giovanni metro stop. You can easily reach the popular tourist spots from the metro. We purchased a 72hour ATAC card.
The staff recommended a local pizzeria and a restaurant.
We liked the hotel but not sure how convenient it would be for someone who is wheelchair bound, as the lifts are compact.

Although I asked for some vegan food for breakfast, they didn't have a lot of vegetables, only pastries. Since I don't eat sugar and gluten, I didn't have many options.

Lovely staff, perfectly located. Comfy, cozy bed.
The walls are a bit thin, you can hear other guests sometimes. You need to go up a half flight of stairs to reach the lift, so if you have heavy suitcases you may need assistance from the hotel team.
