It was clean and the location was lovely and safe
The breakfast could have been better. There was not much variation and not many hot breakfast and healthy options.

The shower had lots of water with an overhead shower-head.
I was able to relax and sleep well in the room. Though an odd layout, it had a comfortable amount of space.
A mini-fridge was available in the room.
The lobby and hallways were an interestingly unusual adaptation of an older building.
While the air conditioning worked, it was clearly struggling with the heat wave. I would have preferred a slightly cooler room.
There was a lack of hot water, reaching only quite warm. Perhaps not relevant for most in a hot summer, but sometimes I prefer a bit of hot water.
There were two motion detectors in the room that had lights which would turn on/off during the night. They didn't seem to serve a purpose.
The window opened into an ugly between building grotto of sorts. Best left closed.

The staff at the desk were very nice. The cleaning lady was very nice and friendly !
We lost power for the whole morning and there wasn’t really any compensation. The power was out from early morning until 2 pm and it really made things a bit difficult for us. It’s not their fault but I thought they could have offered a voucher or something.

Very comfortable beds and quiet rooms and area. Excellent location, walking distance from Termini.
Great air conditioning and not too loud. Towels changed each day which was great in the hottest part of summer.
Breakfast quality could be improved a bit considering it was 15 euros extra per head..coffee very watery, orange juice very cheap quality.. just like squash..could be better. Yoghurt poor quality...Real live yoghurt / Greek yoghurt should be available at this price and for a 4 star hotel.
Otherwise a nice breakfast area and pleasant, friendly, helpful staff. Thank you.
