The hotel was quirky, very clean and staff excellent.
Breakfast was excellent roof top, snell of jasmine filled the air and the breakfast was more than enough for the day ahead at 10.
Sebastian just couldnt do enough for us and guests, informative and helpful.
Shame hotel didnt face a bar as we would have like to have sat and had a drink

Wonderful
Very good location - less crowded than the city centre, feels very safe, easy to hop on the Metro or bus, sufficient choice of "non-touristy" restaurants and bars nearby. Comfortable and clean room. All staff members were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast.
Limited storage to unpack your clothing.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was also good and a great start into the day. Rooms were cleaned everyday and with good quality. It was a nice stay.
The AC wasn't properly working which was fine because it was March, but in the summer it needs to be working. I would've loved a coffee machine in the room, not just a hot water kettle.

The staff were very friendly
Hard to give this place a pass. Weird room layouts. Super uncomfortable bed. Breakfast is barely acceptable and dont use the coffee machine. It might be better in summer. This Rome though and 4 stars here isnt 4 stars anywhere else. Put this hotel in Milan or Florence and it would be 3 stars.
On top of that, we were 1 day in and contractors turned up to remove and lay tiles in several nearby rooms. No notification ahead of time. They really should have comped us a night for the inconvenience. Hotels are dreadful at notifying you when there is something going on that will negatively affect you but happy to take your money regardless. Wont be coming back.

The location was very good, it was 6 min walk to the (line A) which connect most of the attractions and direct connection from/to Termini. Breakfast was very good it has main dishes that meet your needs with fresh juice, I enjoyed the special fresh espresso and Capuchino every morning. Big Thanks to the very kind " Benzel" who made sure to prepare the cappuccino upon our arrival to breakfast room. The room was clean enough, cleaned every day, and has the major needs (toothbrush, paste, soap, shower shampoo, toilet paper, towels). Internet was excellent.
Room didn't really meet my expectation, it was too much smaller than I expected, no view, only small mirror above the washing tube. No Lotion cream served in room.

Nice hotel in a good position, 5 min. from metro station. In several minutes you could reach every turist attraction in the city. Car underground parking is also very near (costs 20 eur/night). Stefano from the reception was very nice.
The room had only small windows, very close to the ceiling and could not be opened.

The Staff at the reception desk were very helpful, professional and friendly and are a credit to the hotel. The location is close to Tuscolana train station which is good for day trips out of rome.

We had a queen room with terrace. The room was small but cozy. Nice shower. We especially enjoyed sitting on the terrace, looking at the moon and stars at night after a busy day. Breakfast was very good with eggs, bacon, pastries , fruit, etc. This hotel is about a 7-minute taxi ride to the historic center. Ir seems to be in a safe area. Grocery mart 2 blocks away. No close restaurants. About 5 minutes walk to metro.
Staff were very accommodating and helpful; calling for taxi, providing bottled water , extra towels, tea bags, etc, for our room.Quiet with very little traffic noise.
Our only issue was a very strong smell of cleaners as we walked in the front door. It stuck with us for a long while and bothered my asthma.
Overall, we feel this was a good place to stay for the price. would rate it as a nice 3 star hotel.
Distance to attractions not within walking distance for us.Metro was shut down for construction at 9 pm. Busses over crowded. So we used taxis everywhere.
The strong smell of cleaners upon walking in the door was overwhelming for asthma.
