Fabio is v friendly n helpful. He helped us carry our luggages up the flights of stairs before reaching the lift to the hotel. He gives us tips on eateries nearby. We especially love our daily coffee fix in the drugstore next to the hotel building. We were also delighted to learn from him of the airport shuttle bus stop located around 5 mins walk from the hotel which we used on our way to airport. Prior to our arrival date, he also sent clear instructions on how to reach his hotel via different modes of transport. Room was cleaned daily n new towels given. Free coffee capsules, muffins and bottled drinking water were provided in the room.
As the hotel is located within a building whose door is closed after certain hours, we have to use 4 sets of keys when we come back to hotel room. 2 keys for the building and 1 key for hotel main door and 1 key for our room.
There are some flights of stairs before reaching the lift (on 3rd floor). hotel located on 6th floor.
Lift is tiny and requires manual closing of the doors everytime you use it. But lucky strong Fabio was there to help us carry the luggages up n down those flights of stairs. Thanks again, Fabio!

We liked the location of the house. We felt as if we are two romans living in the city. We waked up early and went to the nearby cafes to have italian breakfast. And we walked to the touristic sites afterwards. It is 800 m away from Vatican, 1,5 km away from Trevi fountain. We always felt safe day and night. The room was clean. There was coffee machine in the room. Fabio was also very helpful whenever we needed.
I liked everything in the house.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. We had a great time in Rome. The location is excellent and within walking distance to the nearby tourist sites. We enjoy it very much.

Ideal location. Fabian is the perfect host; other staff is friendly and helpfully too. Room is pretty, clean and quiet, on an inner yard. Restaurants around the corner.

Fabio is such a great host, a great help for anything we needed. The location was great, not far from the Vatican and about 6 minute walk to the subway so Rome is all within reach.
If I had to be critical, I dont like being critical especially when Fabio is so nice, is the shower in both room 3 & 4 need a good clean and the shower head and holder needs to be changed as they dont hold the shower head in place, you have to shower holding the hose. Everything else is great.

Beautiful and clean accommodation, just a short walk to important sights but in a calm and quiet neighborhood...and the host Fabio was super nice and helpful (recommended us good restaurants nearby and gave us extra water on the way when we checked out because it was hot outside). :-)))

We loved the room and the decor. It was comfortable and cosy. Nice comfortable beds and pillows nice bathroom.

Fabio was fantastic! He contacted us before we arrived and met us on the front steps when we got there
He was a great host offering us complimentary wine and dessert and always offering advice about sightseeing and restaurants
The hotel was close to the metro but also walking distance to the Vatican and Trevi fountain .

I enjoyed my staying so much! the room was wonderful, perfectly located in the center of Rome in one of the nicest street close to the Vatican and the staff was absolutely heartwarming and kind, i would recommend it to anyone!
