The location is OK - not too far from downtown, but you'd always need a taxi. The price is decent. The room size is OK (especially for Rome). Overall, the communication with the host(ess?) is ok and efficient, but there have been some hiccups (see below). The Wi-Fi works well.
The breakfast is very poor - only some self-serve pastries and yogurt from the fridge.
There is no parking option. You can book parking at the underground garage, but to do it, you need to call a landline number (so no SMS and no WhatsApp), and the parking staff only speaks Italian.
The host does not inform upfront about the city tax.

Nice, clean, secure, good upscale neighbourhood.
The only inconvenience is that it took a very long time to get warm water in the evening, so I had to skip showering before bed.

The room was large, comfortable and nicely decorated. The bathroom was also large and clean, and the shower had several settings. The room was serviced daily. Breakfast was self-service, but not limited in time - you could theoretically have breakfast at 5pm. Best of all was the huge terrace in the shared area where you could sit for breakfast and watch parakeets (yes, there are some in certain districts of Rome!) and baby seagulls on the opposite roof.
You can always start to nitpick, but for me/us there was nothing wrong.

Great room with a little balcony. Very clean. Helpful communication. Nice breakfast available when you want it. About 10 mins walk to the metro. Great local restaurants in all directions. Secure building with a much needed lift. Nice safe area. I was studying at Luiss Business School- about 10 mins up the road.

The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed how convenient the location was to public transportation. Walking around the neighborhood was nice. My wife and I enjoyed the stay! Definitely recommend this place!

It was such a great help to me to have breakfast provided, especially given my short stay. Manuela also organised my very early taxi ride to the train station for the next morning. It made such a difference for me!
