Great room with a little balcony. Very clean. Helpful communication. Nice breakfast available when you want it. About 10 mins walk to the metro. Great local restaurants in all directions. Secure building with a much needed lift. Nice safe area. I was studying at Luiss Business School- about 10 mins up the road.

The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed how convenient the location was to public transportation. Walking around the neighborhood was nice. My wife and I enjoyed the stay! Definitely recommend this place!

It was such a great help to me to have breakfast provided, especially given my short stay. Manuela also organised my very early taxi ride to the train station for the next morning. It made such a difference for me!

I totally recommend this place.
The building is near a bus station (60) that goes downtown, also you can walk for about 45 minutes if you like.
The room is well equipped and there is a shared small kitchen for everybody.
Breakfast is self service so you can take it at any hour. You will find sweets, coffee and tea in the room and kitchen,
Check in is self.
Supermarket is at less than 10 minutes of walk and you also have a park near the building.

Great localization, quiet neighborhood, very friendly host who were answering me all questions despite the hour. :) The place had everything to feel comfortable including good air-conditioning, which is a must in a July-august period.

Excellent bed and breakfast. Nice cozy room with comfortable bed, air conditioning, walk in shower.
Comfortable shared kitchen with nice set of kitchenware and enough food to choose from.
Very responsive owner willing to help with any situation.
Would stay again when visiting Rome.

Location is 15 min walk from Piazza Bologna. The facilities are good for a single traveler. Might be ok for couples who don't plan to stay long in the room. It's good for sleeping or resting during travel, but not to hang around.
Relatively clean. Bathroom was very nice. Bidet is a huge plus. Good shower.
I appreciated the self check-in. The breakfast was also self-service and looked nice (I eat out on vacations to try different food).
There was a nice balcony in my room and a patio on on the common area. The neighborhood was quiet.
Manuela was gentilissima during our chats.
Thin walls, if you know what I mean...
Relatively clean. Slight mouldy odour (like most old Italian houses).
Room kinda small but somehow bigger than expected.

Nice apartment not far away from a main tourist area. Bus stops are very close or you can walk 15 min to metro station. It is around 20 - 30 min to center area. Apartment itself quite small. Everything could be done via whatsapp. Finally we did not see an owner :) but she is always available in chat. Breakfast is small but it is ok to start a day. Anyway there are so many tempting things in the city, so small breakfast is rather a pro.
