From the moment we arrived the manager Daniella went above and beyond in a way that is rare- especially for a hotel that was well priced. The level of care,attentiveness, and genuine hospitality we received was hands down the best!
The rooms were spotless,spacious and incredibly comfortable,

It was located in a great family centered area with access to a lot of bus routes.
I did not like how the bathroom was set up. If you’re sharing a room with someone, there was a lot of privacy. Also, every time you take a shower, water would get every where.
Also, the refrigerator and air conditioner didn’t work very well. But luckily the weather was great during our stay and we didn’t really need the refrigerator.

Staff are amazingly friendly, helpful and welcoming. Hotel is lovely and clean. Breakfast had a nice selection and the biscotti was fantastic! Really nice supermarket nearby and bus stop is very close to hotel.
The location can take a little while to get to and from as the buses don’t always run on time. But this may have been because we stayed during the off-peak season.

Precise House Mantegna Roma is a very good hotel, with amazing staff and a great breakfast, but what really surprised me was how clean it was.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The design and architecture is historical + modern style
Location can be a little challenging. Bidet can be a topnotch since most of the guests are asian. Not so spacious deluxe room but make it up with the balcony which is Great. Water heater and coffee , tea as complimentary should be present when guest arrive.

The staff is SUPER friendly and Extremely helpful. The rooms are spacious and super clean. The location was also very good to my needs (there is a big park nearby with loads of green areas and walking/running trails, downtown is not too far either ~15 mins)

We loved everything about this property! The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond always - from the reception to the restaurants, room service and cleaning team. It’s a beautiful hotel, immaculate, with an excellent buffet breakfast and two restaurants serving delicious Italian and international dishes. We also loved our gorgeous, big, comfortable room with a huge deck. Although located in the quiet south of Rome, the hotel is very accessible with public buses, and there are plenty of nice restaurants and amenities nearby. The laundromat down the street was also very practical. We will definitely be back!

From the moment I arrived, my stay was absolutely fantastic. The service was impeccable. Every staff member I interacted with was professional and attentive, making me feel incredibly welcome. This was a 5star hotel experience. The room was very clean and smelled lovely. The facilities are well kept. The hotel looks new.
A special shoutout to Daniela, who was the absolute best. Her genuine warmth and exceptional service was fantastic. She went above and beyond with accommodating our special request. The location was safe and convenient. It was not far from the airport and tourist attractions.
I can't recommend this place highly enough. It's rare to find such a high level of hospitality, and I will definitely be returning. Thank you for an unforgettable experience for our wedding anniversary!!
