From the moment I made the booking the service was second to none . All of my questions where answered quickly and Marco couldn't have been more helpful with arranging airport transfers , spa bookings and room information .
The staff are attentive and wonderful from being greeted at the door to the friendly housekeepers , breakfast staff and room service.
The food is amazing . Although we only dined for breakfast and in room dining the steak was beautiful. The bar staff incredibly friendly and certainly know how to pour a good cocktail .
The housekeepers are lovely . Our room was serviced quickly and beautifully daily. With lovely touches such as our roses being put in water. The room was spotless and the suite spacious with a lovely view . Beds are large and comfortable and plenty of in room amenities.
We had breakfast in bed most days ( chargeable to the room or included if we went to the breakfast room.) Room service is quick and amazing value for money.
The spa is a highlight it is reserved solely for you so you are uninterrupted and free to relax . We had the signature massage and the purifying body treatment on day two and loved it so much we rebooked for the Baglioni ritual massage and the facial on the day we left . Exceptional value for money and quite possibly the best spa I have visited in the world .
The hotel is wonderfully situated for all major attractions and the Trevi fountain a 10 minute walk away.
The hotel is beautifully decorated and cared for with so much attention to detail.
The highlight really is the outstanding staff across all areas.
As someone who travels around the world frequently managing 5 star hotels I would say this particularly Baglioni hotel is now a firm favourite and we shall not hesitate to be back in the near future .

There is simply nothing to not like .
This hotel and staff have thought of everything and really put exceptional guest experience first .

Problem with this hotel is that it is trying to upgrade 3 star old and smelly hotel to a level of 5 star only with amenities. You should invest in hotel, not only in amenities to
justify the categorisation.

Staff is very effective and helpful.
Breakfast is amazing. Location very good, close to Spanish steps. Building is old, but well furnished and perfectly maintained. Overall it’s worth of money it costs

Wonderful place with outstanding service, superb staff, delicious breakfast. We were welcomed by the host 5 min before it struck midnight and we managed to enter the room right when the New Year fireworks burst out! Amazing view from the balcony! Special experience. Many thanks to the hotel for meeting our request for the room.

Welcoming staff, whenever I arrive my hotel room I found little complimentary things such as chocolate and cookies, very well cleaned and perfect location.
The only two things I didn’t like that one time unfortunately the housecleaning lady didn’t empty toilet bin and when we make the check-in we learnt that they upgrade our rooms but my room hasn’t been upgraded. But these are OK, when I go to Rome I prefer this hotel again.
