We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Barilioni in Rome, and it was truly an excellent choice for our stay.
We really appreciated the room, which was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well arranged — exactly what you need after a full day of exploring the city. The breakfast was delicious, varied, and of very good quality, offering a perfect start to each morning.
A special mention goes to the hotel staff, who were extremely kind, professional, and attentive at all times. They made us feel genuinely welcome from the very first moment.
A truly memorable highlight was the surprise prepared in our room for my wife’s birthday. It was a thoughtful and elegant gesture that touched us deeply and made our stay even more special. These small details truly make the difference and reflect genuine hospitality.
Thank you very much for everything, and we wish you continued success. We will gladly return and warmly recommend this hotel to others.

Everything, amazing elegant antique everything.
The restaurant as well, the food was without overstating the best of those we had in Rome, better than the highly recommended and Michelin mentioned ones.
The noise from 5-8 am from the garbage trucks, at least three of them every night!!! Sometimes earlier.
This was the only problem during our stay. But what can they do ?

Way too expensive for what you get. The property has small rooms that are minimalistic. The Baglioni Luna in Venice is much nicer.

The hotel is well looked after and the staff are first rate. The breakfast buffet is small but high quality. Rooms are cleaned and tidied to a high standard. I would say this is good value at the price and a decent alternative to the Anantara or St Regis if you don’t want to spend as much. Superb location!
