The ceilings are very low which was uncomfortable for my husband who is 6’7. There is no view. The windows overlook internal cortyards

Location was perfect. Close to all the sites, restaurants, shopping. Apartments were spacious and outfitted with everything you need. Staff was very attentive.

Location is great. Spanish Steps is only one block away. Attractions are at walking distance. Helpful staff. Spacious.
Water for shower is not consistent. Water is cold one minute and burning hot the next minute. Not enough water pressure.

Fantastic location and wonderful staff, both 5/5!
Unfortunately, we experienced an issue where our door suddenly could not be opened, which resulted in a couple of hours of waiting while the manager, handyman, and contractors worked to resolve the problem. While the staff did their best to assist, the property could benefit from general updates.

Beautiful apartment in the high-end shopping area of Rome near the Spanish Steps. It was a very comfortable stay and my apartment faced Via Margutta, so it was quiet despite the central location. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well as supermarkets. Nice shower amenities like Molton Brown shampoo, conditioner etc. Soft slippers and bathrobes provided as well. The self-service laundry in the basement was very convenient.
Nadia and Lucky were both friendly and helpful (reachable via WhatsApp). I will definitely be returning to this place for my next visit to Rome.
Maybe a bit more information upfront about laundry, check-out process, etc. would have been useful. Also instructions about recycling - there was only one “organics” trash can provided in the kitchen. These are of course minor things!

We could not have chosen a better place to stay in Rome. It was the perfect mix of hotel and apartment. The welcome and service at Bambuino went far beyond what we could have imagined. The staff was accommodating , flexible and checked on us frequently. Cleaning service, water (and wine!) was provided daily. It was so amazing to return each evening to a quiet and safe place in Rome with all the amenities that you could ever think of. The bed was comfortable (I think I got the best sleep of my life there) and the bath/ shower combo was a rare treat for Europe. The apartment and building had many period features yet all the moden conveniences were available. It was an easy walk or subway ride to anywhere you wanted to be in Rome. We worked with Nadia, Carlos, Lucky and whatever hard-working person flawlessly provided laundry and maid service; We wishes we could have left them more compensation because their service was invaluable.
Nothing. I used to work for a 5- star resort and was hard pressed to find anything lacking. For particular travelers, there was a lamp shade that needed a bit of repair and the speaker didn't have a charging cord. There was no extra blankets provided but it was not needed as the hotel was generous was the heating temperature. So, really an absolutely fantastic hotel offered at a very reasonable price. I'm hoping and praying to be able to return soon.

Cozy and felt like you were living like a local. Safe, fantastic location near Metro and upscale shopping. Easy to walk to many attractions such as the Spanish Steps & Trevi Fountain.

Perfectly located just a short step to the Spanish Steps and located on a street full of shops and restaurants. Clean and beautifully furnished. The staff was exceptional...particularly Nadia. She connected via What's App and made sure we had everything we needed. They secured a fantastic driver to meet us at the airport and bring us to the property. They were able to store our luggage when we arrived as our room wasn't ready and they recommended a great place to have breakfast. And let's not forget the stocked refrigerator with water, a bottle of wine and coffee pods. We highly recommend this property
I honestly can't think of anything I'd change.

Fantastic location. Apartment setting so it felt like home away from home. Nadia, the host, was incredible. So kind and thoughtful and thorough. Check in and out easy. It was on the higher $ side but worth the experience. Will definitely return.
