The property was beautiful. We booked three rooms and each room was unique and equally lovely. Our host Nadia was so wonderful, kind and helpful and really made us feel at home. The location is the best in Rome, right between the Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo. This is by far our new favorite place to stay in Rome!

The apartment is beautiful and the location is on a wonderful high-end shopping street so easy walking everywhere. There is a Carrefour Express a couple of blocks away, but the managers were great to keep us stocked with water and coffee and a bottle of wine.
Really not much to dislike. Pillows maybe could have been a bit more comfortable.

Absolutely stunning apartments. The best place I stayed in Rome during a long trip. Luxurious, beautifully decorated, and fully outfitted with everything you could need. The staff was also tremendously kind and helpful. I would love to stay here again!

Babuino 79 is in a prime location right by the Spanish stairs and in walking stance to many other attractions. It’s also in the middle of luxury shops and tons of restaurants. The apartment was clean and cozy and the setup really made me feel like it was home during my stay. The other great thing about the property was the free laundry facilities that includes detergent. It was so helpful to be able to wash my clothes so I didn’t have to travel with dirty stuff.
The staff, Lucky and Nadia, were so friendly and helpful. They told me everything I needed to know about the property and answered all questions I had about Rome and the best ways to get around.
I had the split level apartment. The only thing I would’ve preferred was better ventilation on the top floor. I went in March, so it was colder outside, but the top floor of the apartment got significantly warmer than the bottom, especially after a shower. I did open the window that overlooked the street but it still took a long while for the top floor to start to cool down.

Every thing was exceptional and excellent! The location is ideal for exploring Rome -only a few mins walking to Spain steps, and all the major attractions are within 15-
30mins walking distance. There are different types of apartments in the building and we booked “deluxe one bedroom” that comes with a separate kitchen (spacious kitchen with a breakfast table) and a spacious bedroom, and spacious bathroom with both shower and a large bathtub, in which we soaked every evening to unwind:).
The apartment is spacious, beautiful, clean, with comfortable beds (as comfortable as a bed at 5star hotels) and fully equipped kitchen (we didn’t cook but it was tempting to cook as it comes with a microwave, oven, toaster!) - free water bottles and wine bottle (they bring more once you finish them) during your stay. The service is equal or better than any hotels we ever stayed - Nadia who assisted us was amazing. She was always available if we needed anything and during nights someone is available to assist you, so it’s a perfect “apartments hotel” type facility if you want the service that a hotel provides and yet wish to stay in a larger spacious room with a kitchen! We spent 8 nights there and we certainly will come back to this apartment when we return to Rome.

Fantastic location and wonderful staff, both 5/5!
Unfortunately, we experienced an issue where our door suddenly could not be opened, which resulted in a couple of hours of waiting while the manager, handyman, and contractors worked to resolve the problem. While the staff did their best to assist, the property could benefit from general updates.
