Staff was fantastic! Nadia and Sebastian went above and beyond to ensure was as pleasant as possible. On site laundry room was a life saver
The room we originally booked - split level apartment , the upstairs ceiling was extremely low. If you are above 5’7” you will hit your head. I’m 6’6” so this wasn’t going to work. Property manager Nadia went out of her way to find us another room and it was fantastic. This is an apartment complex so it doesn’t have a front desk. It would be nice if it did. Had to use what app. To communicate with staff. Not bad, but could be better

Great location , close to the Spanish steps and great restaurants . Still very quiet . Excellent use of space inside apartment. Very well equipped! Host was extremely responsive as well as staff.
All good , the up stairs patio could use a painting and freshen up as it is a great place to take a glass of wine but still usable

I would describe it as an apartment/hotel. The room itself was definitely small apartment size and style. Concierge and room cleaning on site just like a nice hotel. The one bedroom apartment was one of the nicest I've stayed in. It is an older building that has been completely remodeled. Nice entry with kitchenette that had dishwasher, oven and microwave. Bathroom was fairly large and felt brand new with abundant hot water and a nice sized shower. The main room had a large bed, a couch , a desk and another table and chairs. Two large floor to ceiling windows opened onto Via Babuino, but were completely soundproof when closed. Staff were so responsive to everything. Also had laundry facilities in the basement. Located right between Piazza di Spagna and Piazza di Popolo. The cherry on top was the very competitive pricing for the property and location I have described.

Spacious, well appointed rooms with everything needed. Cleaning was available as desired and all was as advertised. Neighborhood is close to spanish steps,

The property was beautiful. We booked three rooms and each room was unique and equally lovely. Our host Nadia was so wonderful, kind and helpful and really made us feel at home. The location is the best in Rome, right between the Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo. This is by far our new favorite place to stay in Rome!

The apartment is beautiful and the location is on a wonderful high-end shopping street so easy walking everywhere. There is a Carrefour Express a couple of blocks away, but the managers were great to keep us stocked with water and coffee and a bottle of wine.
Really not much to dislike. Pillows maybe could have been a bit more comfortable.

Absolutely stunning apartments. The best place I stayed in Rome during a long trip. Luxurious, beautifully decorated, and fully outfitted with everything you could need. The staff was also tremendously kind and helpful. I would love to stay here again!

Babuino 79 is in a prime location right by the Spanish stairs and in walking stance to many other attractions. It’s also in the middle of luxury shops and tons of restaurants. The apartment was clean and cozy and the setup really made me feel like it was home during my stay. The other great thing about the property was the free laundry facilities that includes detergent. It was so helpful to be able to wash my clothes so I didn’t have to travel with dirty stuff.
The staff, Lucky and Nadia, were so friendly and helpful. They told me everything I needed to know about the property and answered all questions I had about Rome and the best ways to get around.
I had the split level apartment. The only thing I would’ve preferred was better ventilation on the top floor. I went in March, so it was colder outside, but the top floor of the apartment got significantly warmer than the bottom, especially after a shower. I did open the window that overlooked the street but it still took a long while for the top floor to start to cool down.
