We had a two story apt. with sleeping and bath upstairs. The main floor had a well equipped kitchen, dining area and courtyard. All were beautiful, spacious, and comfortable.
The apt. was spotless.
Staff was exceptional and friendly and readily helped us with assistance when needed and often thought of things before we even asked. Including how to use the washers and dries- included with stay! Welcomes when we returned and asking if they can help with any needs. Very responsive when asked for help as well.
The location was perfect for what we wanted to see, most within a 15 min. walk or less.
It is less than 200m to the subway stop should you have further stops to make. We found it easy to use and great to get to the Coliseum.
Wonderful restaurants, a favorite was Dilla' less than 3 minutes walk.
More time- we took full advantage of this lovely apt. hotel and its location, but still so much to come back for!

We had a wonderful time at Babuino 79. The apartment was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. We especially appreciated how dog-friendly it was, which made traveling with Pluto so easy. ?❤️
Carlos warmly greeted us when we arrived and personally showed us around the apartment, which was such a lovely touch. The location was fantastic, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would happily return! ??✨
The air freshener was a little strong in the apt.

Location is just perfect, 500 ft from Spanish Steps. Room decor was exceptional and nothing was missing on equipment. An excellent option to stay in Rome.
The in-room stairs are steep and narrow. Not for senior-seniors.

Excellent location. Shopping, sightseeing, convenience stores. I also want to emphasize this is more of a boutique hotel. There is somebody in the building to help all day and team is very responsive.
