I thought the hosts were very friendly and helpful and the location was within walking distance to the Vatican!
To be honest I found the apartment a little more shabby than chic. It just needs a little updating. There were paper lantern lamps that had holes in them and Christmas poinsettias poked into them that should probably be replaced. The sheets had fabric “pills” although the beds were very comfortable. Most importantly be prepared to pay your entire rent in cash. We had no idea this was expected and had to go to a local ATM although the host very kindly drove us there.

Terrific place. More towels than you can use. I could see this being a great place for a family. Has a courtyard that the kids could play in or adults to lounge around. Host was very friendly and helpful. Park was not too bad for Rome. Location is great for the Vatican and train. So delighted in the place I would plan my next trip around the availability of this property.

Very nice apartment in a very good location, uber ride everywhere in the center is about 15 min and 20 euros, also buses that go to the center. You can also walk almost everywhere. Spacious patio/deck which we used as a living room. Alessandro is a welcoming and responsive host.
The payment system with wireless deposit and cash payment is not very convenient.
There are issues with hot water which turns on and off. Although patio /deck is very nice it may need some renovation. Also keep in mind that there is no living room or sitting area and kitchen is very little.

This was a great stay. The staff was very helpful and easy to work with.
