It was super Clean, and the owner was super helpfull about everything, she showed us where to go what to do and supported us about everything during our stay. The place did not locate far from the touristy locations but it was not located into crowded areas. I prefer it that way instead of crowded noisy places at night. From this property you can walk to trevi fountain.

Everything was amazing! We stayed there for 5 days. Guilia the lady at the front desk was so helpful. Even tough we arrived after 5pm she came back to check us in. She was so kind and helpful. She even marked the places we should visit on a map and gave it to us. She wrote us routes to follow to discover the city. Thanks to her, we saw very beautiful places, normally we wouldn't know they exist. She gave us complementary biscuits, croissants each day, helped us making our coffee. It was so generous of her. She took care of us like her own family. She answered all of our questions, where to eat, where to buy cheese, how to use public transportation etc. We felt like we were at home. There is Wifi, very good connection. There was a mini fridge in the room. Oh the beds!! It was soo comfortable, we didn't want to wake up and go out in the mornings! :)) It was the most comfortable bed both me and my friend ever lie on because of memory foam! It was a safe area. The safety was very important for us, that's why we chose here by looking at the other comments. We stayed as 2 young girls and felt very safe. The location is so easy to access from everywhere. It is walking distance from Trevi Fountain. It is on a bus route that available even very late at night. It was good to know we could go back home (we called it home :) ) any time in a new city. When we came back from Italy, we wanted to go back just because of Guilia and how well she took care of us. Definitely recommend it to everybody! Thank you Guilia for taking your time to help us and taking care of us very well! You are one of the nicest people I met. Thanks to you, we felt like we are at home.

The room was very nice, good size, comfortable bed. Staff is very friendly, very helpful, it makes experience so much better. The area was good, we could reach anything in the city center by walking.

I like the location. Close to city centre but still far away from most of the tourists. The area is a combination of finance and embassy.
Tigre supermarket is close by which is good.
15 walk from Termini. Beds are hard (good).
Small things, like no kettle, noise from other guests are easily heard. Didn't really like the surrounding restaurants.

Noisy room, impossible to keep the window open and even closed, the traffic noise was unbearable. Overall it was an ok place but literally you have to have no expectations besides a good location. The rating score i believe is misleading, going back i won't book it again. Good price but you get what you paid for...

Very nice and professional host. Room was pretty small, but we came for Rome, sleep comfort was great. Location very good for walking to any place in center of Rome. Nice location for breakfast, etc. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING

Location was spot on for the Mille Miglia arrival. 8 minutes to Via Veneto. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Nespresso machine at the ready, breakfast treats, and water in the fridge.
Not much to dislike, for me. The bed was a little too firm for me, but that's a personal thing.
