Room space, amenities, cleanliness and especially Giulia who was super helpful during my stay with recommendations and advice.
The AC in the room should have a different orientation/angle because the cold air blows straight to the head when sleeping.

It is conveniently located in one of the best downtown areas. You can easily walk to the main city's attractions in a few minutes. The highlight will be Giulia, a super-friendly host. The room is spacious with everything you need to stay.
Small Italian elevator that fits 2 people max
If you drive a car, it is not easy to find parking (typical of big cities, tough)

The room was very nice, good size, comfortable bed. Staff is very friendly, very helpful, it makes experience so much better. The area was good, we could reach anything in the city center by walking.

Location was spot on for the Mille Miglia arrival. 8 minutes to Via Veneto. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Nespresso machine at the ready, breakfast treats, and water in the fridge.
Not much to dislike, for me. The bed was a little too firm for me, but that's a personal thing.

Clean, good wifi. Giuliana gave great recommendations for restaurants, sights, gelato, & laundry. However, respectfully, our room was more like a room & bath in a hostel. Not a great value. Did not live up to the 3 Genius Booking.com boxes rating (I realize ratings are subjective.)

We enjoyed the family room for four people. It was very clean, had good mattresses and balcony. Centrally located. Giulia was very helpful and made great recommendations for restaurants and activities.
There are several rooms inside the unit, so it doesn’t feel as private as other options.

Giulia(staff manager) was very helpful and friendly. She is the life of this apartment and makes your stay comfortable and welcoming. She went out of her way to explain all the details and recommendations for exploring Roma.
It was a bit loud from passing vehicles.

The room was very cosy and spacious for my family of three. We really enjoyed the big windows to let in the fresh air, and the walk in shower which was very easy to get into for my older parents.
The fan in the room only worked when the lights were on which was not great when we went to bed because the room was very hot. However, it wasn't too bad.

Perfect location (15 minutos away from Fontana di Trevi walking), amazing hospitality and reception, the host was incredible gave us tips to visit the city and was always amazing with us (even gave us the possibility to Check in a little sooner and kept our bags, on the cheek out day so we could visit a bit more comfortable on our lasts day)! Comfortable and clean room!
Would definitely recommend it to a friend! And would repeat this location on another travel to rome!

Place with good location. Just 20-30 min from Colliseum walking. some good restaurants close.
In the mornings it was a bit noisy, coming from another rooms.

Very Good
The host was amazing and friendly, she was very informative showed us how to get around and places to visit and gave recommendations for restaurants that were great ! We checked in late and we were given clear instructions of how to find them and get in.
It’s in a good location and is in walking distance of everything we wanted to see and not far from termini station which was great as we got the train to and from the airport.
Good value for money especially being in the centre of Rome, would return and recommend to friends/family that want to visit.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, only thing I would say is it could do with a little freshening up with some paint in the room and bathroom, in the bathroom there was some damp on the ceiling
