The location was great. Very close to to metro which is very easy to use. Roberto was very accommodating with regards to check in and check out times and was very responsive to messages. There was a bit of noise because of works around the area, but nothing unbearable. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. Breakfast across the road at La Belle Cafe which consisted of coffee and croissant which was enough for us. Very happy with our stay.

I have traveled to Italy a number of times and stated a variety of luxury hotels down to hostels, and this was by far the best experience I ever had. I can’t wait to take my wife to this place and this location.

Piazza Bologna area is vibrant and there are great metro connections from the airport and to the center of Rome. The building and the B&B itself is very secure which is important for me, as a woman traveling alone.

I have just had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Everything was better than I expected. The equipment in the room is as described, I had everything I needed. The location of the hotel is just wonderful, 1- a stone's throw from the B line and the 62 bus which serve all the places you need to see in Rome, 2- a bit out of place compared to the Termini station area which is not really very safe for a woman on her own, 3- several restaurants and cafés are in the area with very good food. And last but not least, Mr Roberto is very friendly, very responsive to my requests and super pleasant. I highly recommend this quiet little spot, far from the noise of the city center, but at the same time very accessible and pleasant.
