Wonderful
The guesthouse is located in a very safe and central location. Buses and metro are just around the corner. Super comfortable and the host very friendly, and helpful.
The coffee capsules run out on the second day i was there. But nothing extreme. It was an opportunity to enjoy the italian coffee at a local cafeteria :)

Ok accommodation in Rome, easy to get to central (Trevi Fountain, Vatican, etc) and to the central train station by underground; and c. 30 min walk from the Colosseum. The room was ok for a few nights.
Despite the high cost of the accommodation - Be aware of extra hidden costs - although the booking advertises an air-conditioned room, you can only use the air conditioner in the room if you pay extra for it so they make more money on it; and so on. If you are planning to walk everywhere - then this is c, 1h from Trevi Fountain etc and will have to use the underground or buses (but that is expected in a big city).

The local area is brilliant restaurants and great transport links. Elena is always contactable by WhatsApp for help through your stay.

It was amazing, Mrs Elena is a great person. I felt like at my own home :) It was clean and nice.
Weather, it was hard to breathe but there is an A/C in the room that saved our lifes after long walks ;)

Great host and locations, clean room, fully equipped and shared kitchen, many shops and restaurants around. Metro max 100m from the entrance to the Apartments.
We were not charged extra for the AC.
Our room was with a street view. That meant the noice in the night... So we Had to close windows and use the AC...

Not very far from the centre, the rooms are clean, nice place overall. Haven't met Elena in person, but we did meet the cleaning lady and she seemed nice, I'm sure Elena is too.
The sound from neighbors was pretty loud

The room was clean, comfortable, and felt private. The location was close from the Re Di Roma metro station, making it easy to get around, and also conveniently located next to shops and supermarkets. What truly stood out was the host Elena's kindness. She was an amazing, exemplary host. She was so accommodating and nice to us, and was super easy to communicate with. I simply can't thank her enough for her outstanding kindness. I would recommend Elena's place without hesitation.
