We liked the room; very comfortable and clean. The service was excellent. Alexia, the lady who was there was amazing! She was very helpful, friendly, respectful and she gave us lots of tips where we could go around in the city. The breakfast was delicious and with different options. The place is well located, close to the metro and bus stations in a quiet neighborhood not far from the Vatican. We could walk to the vatican or take Metro to further places.

Beautiful, stylish accommodation, great and safe location (we walked everywhere), nice and clean room with sunny bathroom, comfortable big bed, nice helpful hosts (Thank you again, dear Lucilla!), good coffee, cold lemon water in the fridge every morning.
We didn't know that the Italian breakfast is particularly sweet, so it was surprising that we had a sweet breakfast for five days. Maybe it was too much. Otherwise the Italian cakes was all delicious (even if too sweet for us) - moreover, in terms of price-value ratio, you can't have breakfast and coffee in that area..!

Lucille is the sweetest host Ive met - she reached out from the time of booking, to a few days before, to the day we arrived just to check if wed need any help! Am so thankful for her hospitality, it was a great start to our trip :) The room was in a quiet neighbourhood, with the train station being a 5-10 minute walk away. There is air conditioning too.
The shower is a tad small, but not unbearable. No complaints really!

Big room and comfortable bed. The bathroom was big enough and had a good shower cabin. The place is in a good location, specially if you want to visit the Vatican area and is also very near to the metro station. Last but not least, the host is great, keeping in touch with you in order to assure that everything is ok. Really good communication.
A little bit noisy during the night if you sleep with opened window, but nothing disturbing. The breakfast represents 1 corn + 1 cappuccino per person at a nice bakery nearby- it's more like a snack

The location was great, within walking distance to Vatican City, the Metro, shops, grocery stores and restaurants! Breakfast goodies available around the clock including Homemade cake, Coffee & tea. The host was phenomenal, informative and caring! We controlled the A/C. Would definitely stay there again!

It was super nice to live in this great apartement. Super clean, great breakfast vouchers at a local bakery to pick up typical Italian breakfast ie croissant with your choice o filling and a coffee. We are not coffee drinkers but just added a small fee and bought fresh queezed juices. Lucila also offers some amazing cupcake at the apartement which my kid loved and some juice and yogurts in fridge. The water in tap is drinkable. Quiet zone, jus friday night got loud so you will need to close window and start aircon and you wont hear anything from outside or minimal sound. I loved everything about this place and it was super close to everything around, Metro 4 min walk, airport total 45 min with train, Vatican 29 min walk, fontana de trevi 40 min walk and coloseum around 1 hour walk or 25 min in train. Best I have had in Italy!
Would have loved the option to exchange my breakfast to something healthier but I mean when in Rome follow the custom and I honestly loved the croissant YUUUUM

Host was extremely helpful, kind and considerate. The location was amazing and within walking distance of the greatest cultural attractions in Rome. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely stay there again!

Lucilla was the perfect host, she was always available to offer advice and tips and was super friendly. Breakfast was also really tasty and we liked the voucher to get coffee and a pastry at the nearby cafe - the food was amazing although the process of getting it was a little confusing! The location was great. You can walk into the northern part of town in 20 minutes and other areas of the city are within really easy reach with the metro or bus. The room was a brilliant size, very clean and the bed was comfy.

We loved the location, walking distance to pretty much anywhere. The host had some brilliant local food recommendations too. The room was very clean. The coffee machine and snacks in the kitchen were also great :)
The bed mattresses weren't great - a bit too soft and saggy for our liking
