Extremely clean and well located. Silvia was an excellent host.
There are 3 rooms here. Room 1 apparently the smallest and had not even a place for a small chair. The only place to sit was on the bed

Location was excellent. Everything was super clean. Hosts were very kind and also very responsive. The only reason for a 9 was that it was super hot when we visited Rome and our room didn’t get as cool as I would like.

We had Silvia welcoming us, explaining everything and giving us great local tips (even a jogging route!). She was also available via WhatsApp and always answered straight away! The room itself was very spacious and comfortable - so was the bathroom. Beds were comfortable too which is always a big thing for someone like me struggling with back pain. Breakfast is self serve with lots of options including yoghurt and fruits. The location is fantastic! We walked pretty much everywhere. There’s a lovely supermarket opposite the Lego shop just 2 minutes from the B&B where you can buy a delicious (and very affordable!) lunch/dinner if you don’t fancy a restaurant. Even though we faced the road it was surpassingly quiet at night. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Everything, the location was perfect and as a solo female traveler I felt safe to walk back at night, Silvia the hostess was very kind and helpful, the room was very comfortable. The smart tv was a very nice bonus :)

We had the most wonderful stay right in the heart of the city. From the very first moment, we felt truly welcomed. Silvia, the manager, is an absolute gem – so warm, kind, and genuinely caring. Thank you for all the thoughtful tips and for going above and beyond to make our stay special. The accommodation was spotless, cleaned beautifully every single day. The breakfasts were delicious and just what we needed to start each morning with a smile. And the location? Simply perfect – you step outside and you are already in the magical center of Rome. We wholeheartedly recommend this place, and if we are lucky enough to return to Rome one day, we wouldn’t even think twice – we would happily stay here again.

Location is amazing. The rooms are perfectly equipped, spacious and comfortable. Silvia, the owner/host, is incredibly accommodating and kind, even providing gluten free items for breakfast for us specially.
