We had the most wonderful stay right in the heart of the city. From the very first moment, we felt truly welcomed. Silvia, the manager, is an absolute gem – so warm, kind, and genuinely caring. Thank you for all the thoughtful tips and for going above and beyond to make our stay special.
The accommodation was spotless, cleaned beautifully every single day. The breakfasts were delicious and just what we needed to start each morning with a smile. And the location? Simply perfect – you step outside and you are already in the magical center of Rome.
We wholeheartedly recommend this place, and if we are lucky enough to return to Rome one day, we wouldn’t even think twice – we would happily stay here again.

Location is amazing. The rooms are perfectly equipped, spacious and comfortable. Silvia, the owner/host, is incredibly accommodating and kind, even providing gluten free items for breakfast for us specially.

Amazing accommodations right in the middle of the historical Rome. The hosts were great and the property was clean and affordable.

Spotlessly clean. Location is perfect with easy access to two metro locations and within walking distance of many major attractions. Good breakfast to start your day. Very old, charming but functional elevator to access the fourth floor accommodations. Tons of shopping and restaurants nearby.
Most importantly, our host Silvie is a rock star! My husband, unfortunately, got pickpocketed our last day in Rome and his passport, ID, credit cards and cash were all stolen. When we contacted Silvie for assistance about what to do, she immediately responded, made phone calls for us and gave us very helpful, clear advice about how to best handle the situation. She also arranged for a private driver to pick us up early the next morning so we could get to the airport in time to possibly be cleared to fly home as scheduled (which we were able to do!?) Cannot say enough positive things about our stay here or our host! 5+ stars!!!
Shower was small but adequate. You can hear street noise at night but, personally, I feel like that is just part of being in the heart of Rome! No complaints about our wonderful stay.

Loved the 13th century lift.
The breakfast did not cater for a coeliac. Separate toaster, a hob to cook poached eggs. Stronger tea bags needed.
The room was noisy due to air conditioning/heating and fridge.

We absolutely loved everything about this property. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the Trevi Fountain, shops, and restaurants. The place is spotless, secure, and well-maintained.
Our hostess, Sylvia, was truly exceptional. She is the kindest and sweetest person, always ready to help and make our stay comfortable. She provided great tips about the city, and since I am intolerant to gluten and lactose, she went above and beyond by getting me special bread, milk, and treats for breakfast. That thoughtful gesture meant so much!
The building also has a lift, which was very convenient, especially with our luggage. The taxi stand is very easy to reach as its round the corner.
We couldn’t have asked for a better property!
