Very friendly, quick and clear communication, very clean, good breakfast facilities 24h/24h (fruit, yoghurt, coffee or tea, suice, bread, cake...), good bed, strategic location close to Ostiense (train arrival from Fiumicino), Barbara texted me until I was inside the house which gave a very welcoming feeling. I could also leave my luggage and pick it up later that day.
Sleeping with open window was not possible because of street noise. However, there is airco for fresh air ;)

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was perfect, the room was spotless and very well maintained. The cleanliness truly stood out.The bed was extremely comfortable .The owner are very kind and friendly, providing exceptional service and making us feel truly welcome. The location is also convenient.
Highly recommended we would definitely stay here again!

I had read really good reviews about our host - and yes, Barbara was lovely! Her communication prior to our arrival was fast and she was able to answer my questions quickly. Check in was easy and Barbara met us when we arrived and showed us around. The apartment was really clean & tidy. She had a fully stocked fridge with food (ham, cheese, croissants, juice etc) available for breakfast along with tea & coffee. From the apartment it took us about 30 minutes to walk to the Colosseum and under an hour to the Trevi Fountain. Also restaurants, cafes and a Burger King just a short walk away. Local train station about 10 minutes walk away. Location is fantastic and Barbara our host was lovely and kept things super-clean!

The location was pretty close to the Metro and bus station. The facility is modern and very clean. The kitchen has an espresso maker, toaster, microwave oven, and refrigerator. There was enough food in the refrigerator to make a breakfast. Barbara is an excellent host, very friendly, and easy to communicate with. I know how hard to find a clean room with a kitchen in Rome for a reasonable cost. I spent lots of time looking at the place to stay in Rome since the pictures that people posted showed very dirty bathrooms, etc. This place is definitely a winner.

Good breakfast, free cakes! Fantastic hospitality and easy contact via Whatsapp! Good train connection from Fiumicino airport to Roma Ostiense station - just a few minutes walk. Same for Piramide metro station for moving around the city.

Anything you may need, it’s there. Kitchen is self service and have loads of things to make yourself a snack or breakfast. Host was very friendly and let us store our luggage after check out.

We liked the apartments in general, our room was clean and big. At first we were a little worried about sharing the kitchen with other guests but we were all respectful towards each other’s privacy, when the other guests were in the kitchen we waited and then they waited while we were in there so we all got time to enjoy some privacy (+ no one takes what’s yours from the fridge so don’t worry about keeping your food and drinks in the fridge!). The owner - Barbara was also a really kind, helpful and friendly woman! She even keeps something for the guests to eat and drink as - croissants, juices, lactose free milk,…
