Wonderful
Very clean, host was kind and kept me well informed, the whole area was very clean, free breakfast. The host provided us with recommendations around us and in the center.
The walls are a bit thin so you can hear everything from upstairs. Not a huge deal though. The host offered some discounts for local surrounding restaurants; however, a few places seemed unaware of this or did not care. One place was kind and once we told him our host’s name we got the discount. Not an issue with the property though, just a note.

Very Good
Great host and facility. Very clean, modern and easy access to public transit to go downtown. Lovely croissant and coffee included at a nearby bakery called Monaco. Looks like in the pictures.
Street is noisy and I recommend having ear plugs.

Wonderful
I like the place, it's a bit far from city center, you should just go 15 minutes by walk to a hub metro station of the rome. The staff was really nice and the location can help you to be involved in real roman life. In the other side of the street, aley you see some pubs and restaurants they are open until after midnight, we enjoyed ?.

The host is very welcoming and polite, the apartment is very beautiful and clean, the renovation has just been completed, the service is at a very high level, daily cleaning, there is a refrigerator, washing machine, iron, TV, hair dryer, etc. There was great internet and air conditioning the whole time. There are supermarkets and shops nearby, everything is close and very convenient. We really enjoyed staying with Alessandro, thank you for the wonderful reception.

The host was very friendly, the house was very clean and the breakfast was very good in one of the coffee shops around and it was the only place where I couldn't say anything bad, everything was great.

Everything was great. We got everything that was promised to us. Our AC stopped working but the owner gave us some money in compensation.
I think a washing machine could be a great addition (if there is one, we didn't find it)

The apartment was very open and light. The room itself and the bathroom were nicely furnished and always clean. Everything that was needed was there and if you wanted to go for a coffee, a trip to the supermarket or do some shopping, everything was around the corner. Alessandro and his team were very welcoming and explained any question I had. We had a wonderful stay - thank you!

Breakfast vouchers included for each morning - laundry service provided - accomodation was clean
Host messaged us saying not to leave towels on the bathroom floor - it’s a shared apartment so it could have been any one of the rooms who did this - communication from the host was poor once payment had been transferred at the start - we stayed here during the Ryder cup so understandably the price was crazy compared to usual rates

nice bathroom for the room which have a private bathrooms. nice common kitchen. good location for overnight near Roma Tiburtina. lot of shops around the accommodation.

Nice and clean apartment with own bathroom. Retaurants and shops nearby. Public transport in front of the building. Main train station 10 min walk. Personel super nice and also the communication was great. Air condition in the room. Every other day cleaning service with new towels. Will be happy to return one day.
Breakfast in near café pretty plain, just cofee and croisant. No other choice, I dont drink coffee, so not very good for me - but its matter of what people preffer.
