We visited Rome so many times with family. And we know how hard is to find good appartment here. But this time we were lucky. We booked flat which was 10 out of 10.
We lived in very heart of anciant city. The whole centre and sights are in a walking distance. A lot of restaurants and supermarket just next to the door. The view is spectacular you can see Colosseum out of the window.
Apartment is a piece of art. It is made with soul and beauyifully furnished. It has a special atmosphere of Rome which you can feel in every part of apartment. On the walls are beautiful paintings. Some furniture like table and chairs are old handmade by grandfather of flat's owner. It is evident that the flat was recently renovated.
The furniture is nice. The kitchen has all the necessary kitchen appliances such as nespresso coffemachine, catle, dishwasher and great variety of all possible dishes including antique.
There are two bathrooms with bath and shower which is perfect for family with children. Beds are comfortable and big. Apartament has beautifui small balcony where you can drink cofee while reading a book. Also there a washing machine on balcony.
We spent our holidays in February. Nice thing about this flat that it has its own heating system with regulator so it was very warm and comfortable while we were inside.
Roberta is very kind. She met us with keys upon arrival and accepted apartment when we departed. She gave us all required information about her apartment and city. She advised good places to visit including museums and caffies with delicious food. Also she made recommendations of safty.
Next time we will plan our Rome holidays if only this appartment available.

We chose the apartment for family travel and it accommodated all that we needed, including being close to the Colosseo and local transport links. The communication with the host Roberta was very good before we arrived and during our stay, she made us feel very welcome and the apartment was absolutely lovely. We would highly recommend it.
All was great. However, there’s no lift and the apartment is on the 3rd floor - keep it in mind - depending on your circumstances of course. We managed without the lift on this occasion.

The property was gorgeous and the location so close to the colosseum was incredible. While being near a tourist landmark we also had access to local non-touristy restaurants, great public transportation and 24h groceries. Perfect !

The host and the apartment where both excellent. With great location and awesome Roman locals that did everything to make our stay outstanding.
