We chose the apartment for family travel and it accommodated all that we needed, including being close to the Colosseo and local transport links. The communication with the host Roberta was very good before we arrived and during our stay, she made us feel very welcome and the apartment was absolutely lovely. We would highly recommend it.
All was great. However, theres no lift and the apartment is on the 3rd floor - keep it in mind - depending on your circumstances of course. We managed without the lift on this occasion.

The property was gorgeous and the location so close to the colosseum was incredible. While being near a tourist landmark we also had access to local non-touristy restaurants, great public transportation and 24h groceries. Perfect !

Totally perfect. Lovely apartment (appointed as a home, not a holiday rental), 200 m from the Colosseum. Roberta, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful - before and during our stay. Loads of space -- two bedrooms (one double, one twin), two bathrooms, large sitting room, good-sized kitchen and breakfast area, small balcony -- very quiet (double-glazing and bedrooms are away from the street side) and so convenient. Small supermarket directly opposite and dozens of restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walk -- despite the location, the restaurants were not pricey. Colosseo metro station is <5 mins walk away, and you can either take the metro 2 stops to Termini station for trains to Fiumicino airport, or walk in 15-20 mins.
There was nothing that disappointed us, but if you have mobility problems or have lots of heavy luggage, this is not the apartment for you - up 3 flights of stairs.

There's hardly anything to add to the owner's description, the apartment was amazing! We had a wonderful time there, everything was great as expected. Roberta is a very nice and helpful person. We would definitely pick this place again.

Absolutely fantastic flat. One of the best I've ever stayed in. The owner was very friendly and welcomed us, gave us tips and in general was veey helpful. It's an authentic beautiful place, wonderful location and atmosphere.

Roberta is super helpful. She guided each and every step as soon as booking is confirmed. She is always approachable and helped dos and donts. She arranged pickup and drop facility to airport
About Property:
Authentic Roman style flat. It was tastefully decorated with lots of paintings, lights n many more.Property is next to Colosseum, Roman Forum & Palatine hill which are main attractions in Rome and rest are 1.5 to 2km away. all restaurants nearby, 24x7 super market in-front of property. If you dont like walk, can get into bus next to Colosseo and visit remaining places and also can take rented scooter which is available in same building.
About food:
Lot of pizza restaurants in-front of property , walkable distance.

Everything was clean, the house had a lot of space and comfortable. The location is perfect to walk everywhere near the colosseum, the owner (Roberta) was very kind and helpful in everything that we needed. Theres a 24/7 market right in front of the apartament and local restaurants. Awesome weeekend with a great service and facilities.
Looking forward to have another stay here!!!

This is an exceptionally elegant apartment with all (or even more) of the comforts of home. There is none of the usual furnish it for the masses that you often see in holiday apartments. We felt as though we were borrowing a good friends lovely home. The furnishings are absolutely beautiful, the rooms are light and airy, artworks adorn the walls and the beds are very comfortable with good linen. There is a small library with books in many languages. The kitchen is filled with all the crockery and cooking items you could ever need. The location is superb too. We enjoyed our stay very much.
There is nothing to dislike. Its perfect.

Location are very central ,step from historical centre and Coliseum .On same street are several restaurants and 24h working story.Roberta are very friendly host meet as on time help as with all our request .Property are very clean and well equipped .Neighborhood are very central but during night time very quite no external noise .Bedrooms windows are situated to we internal yard ,windows have special shutters .Beds and mattresses are in great shape and very comfortable.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The apartment was beautiful, at the same time very well equipped in all directions. Roberta was immediately able to evoke the atmosphere that she could help us with any problem in Rome, quite friendly. We spent very nice days here. And an important detail: we slept here unusually well. After a long time..
